Sleeping with a two year old was not ideal. I was being kicked all night. I got up at about five in the morning because I couldn't take it anymore. I checked my phone to see a text from Todd saying they were probably heading back tonight because Kristen's aunt early last night. I went downstairs and started cleaning the whole joint. I brought all the empty boxes upstairs and pushed them against a wall just so they were out of the way. I started cleaning the whole kitchen from ceiling to floor too. I was just trying to give myself busy work since I was feeling nervous. Not only was I still looking after a two year old but now I had to meet Sonny's parents for the first time. My nerves were completely shot.

I texted Mason asking how Philadelphia was since he was there with Wes. I ran out of things to distract myself with and I was just sitting at the table tapping my fingers on the table. I texted Cara hoping she would be awake since she was way ahead of me, time wise. I just asked how her drive back to Vermont was after New York.

I played some music on my computer and tried to calm myself down. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs so I turned around to look. I saw Lilly taking the stairs one at a time and an exhausted Sonny standing at the top, yawning.

"It is seven in the morning." He said groggily and I just paused the music and stood up to grab Lilly who finally made it down the stairs.

"Good morning, munchkin." She smiled and she handed me her stuffed pony that she was clutching.

"Baby is hungry." She pointed to the stuffed animal and I smiled.

"What does baby want?"

"Toast!" She cheered. Can two year olds eat toast? I looked over at Sonny who had his glasses in his hand and was rubbing his face.

"I can already tell you need to go back to sleep." I told him and he yawned, proving my point. I set Lilly down in the chair and went to go make toast. "Do you want anything?" I asked while grabbing the loaf of bread. He came up behind me and put his arms around me.

"Whatever you're making." He mumbled and rested his chin on my shoulder.

"Hey!" Lilly shouted and Sonny let go to lean against the counter.

"What?" I turned to look at her. She was waving her pony around in the air.

"I wanna watch cartoons!" She shouted and I walked over to my laptop and googled tv shows for her. I logged onto Todd's netflix and let her pick what she wanted. Really freaked me out that a two year old knew how to navigate Netflix.

"I'm going to buy a TV." I told Sonny, putting toast on a plate and bringing it over to Lilly.

"You can do whatever your heart desires." He yawned again and pushed off the counter to grab my head. He kissed my forehead and went to go grab his laptop. He was sitting on the couch going through some things on his computer. I brought him some toast too.

"Will you do me a favor and watch her while I take a shower?" I asked and he nodded. "Also, Todd texted me and said they would be back sometime tonight so we'll get the night to ourselves." He stopped what he was doing to look up at me. I winked at him before heading upstairs.

I showered and got dressed before heading back downstairs. I saw Sonny laying on the couch with his laptop on his stomach and Lilly sat on the ground in front of him with my laptop on the coffee table playing cartoons.

Sonny got ready for the day after I came back down. Lilly literally just sat there, ennamored by the cartoon show she was watching so I just sat there and played out all the possible situations that could happen with his parents. Either they like me or they don't. I distracted myself by answering a text from Cara.
