Please note that this is a Rewrite of what was originally a Novella. As such, some of the comments you might see won't necessarily make sense anymore. It was rewritten in 2022, more than doubling the length of the story.
Each Spellbound story has its own central romance and can be read more or less as a stand-alone. However, they are all connected via a series-spanning main arc, so reading them in order might give you a better reading experience.

There's also a novelette (A White Rose) that takes place before Shadows & Lace. The two characters in it will appear in a future book, but you won't need to have read the short story.
Character aesthetics and such can be found in a separate story called Author's Notes as to not clog up this story.
