it's been a week since toni had told be she loved me. the rest of that night was a blur and the only thing i remember happening is this...

"okay fine! you know what, no i don't care! do what you want cheryl but i'm telling you..." she starts to drift off into a whisper with tears glistening in her eyes, "...don't come crying to me when your heart gets broken."

   it may have been possible that i messed up. bad. i didn't know what to do in that situation but i truly didn't know how i felt or who i had feelings for. i had told her that and she lashed out on me. now it's been a week.

   it's saturday night, which means we were supposed to have a sleepover tonight but obviously that isn't happening. as i laid on my bed, scrolling through pictures i came across one of toni and i. we looked so happy just being in each other's presence. i miss her a lot so 'why not take the risk' i thought.

   i ended up texting her, expecting no response at all, but to my surprise she responded rather quickly.

   i started to panic because it sounded like she was going to end our friendship. this couldn't happen, especially not now, not when i think i may be... possibly... positively, reciprocating those feelings.

Toni

   break her heart?

   she wouldn't know heart break. not the way i do.

   yes, i took a break but that'll never change what i felt. i was still in love with cheryl blossom.

   i felt like i was dreaming. my bestfriend and crush loved me back. the girl i thought i'd never had.

   once i sent the last text i grabbed my jacket and keys, got on my bike and headed over to cheryl's house. once i got there i practically ran to the door. i stood there for a few moments to collect myself for what was about to come. this was the moment our relationship would change forever and i knew i was ready for this, for her.

   after gathering myself, i rang the door bell and stepped back with my hands in the pockets of my leather jacket. a few seconds later, there she was. the love of my life standing before me.

   "hey" she greeted shyly and bowing her head.

   i stepped forward and cupped her face with my right hand, placing my left on her waist. "i missed you"

   "i missed to too tt" her eyes started to glisten and tears started to spill over.

   i wiped her tears with both of my hands and pulled her into a hug. once i pulled away we both took a moment to just admire eachother.

   "cher?" i whispered

   "tt." she grinned and laughed

   i placed both of my hands on her face, cupping her cheeks, and pulled her into a delicate yet passionate kiss.

   "i glad you love me too" i said against her lips after pulling away.

   "me too" she said before pulling me into another kiss.

this is so short ew. but i wanted to update it & sorry if there are mistakes, i didn't re-read and check for errors. let me know if you want me to do another part to this💛
