One Month Later.Tarun is finally seventeen years old. It's his birthday. He had waited long enough for it. And now, when it is his big day, he is waiting for soon to turn eighteen. Soon to be out of school. Soon to be called an adult. You guess right, it's never going to stop.
Since Tarun has woke up, no one is leaving him alone. His mom made him wake up early and said him to the bath. He dragged himself to do everything because his mom is taking him to temple and for shopping. Happening all this, his brother, Paras, who feels a little jealous with his elder brother right now. Because it's so-called Tarun's day. Huh.
It's one month since everything has changed. Tarun doesn't want to leave Abhimanyu as Abhimanyu was leaving to go to his hometown, Raipur, to meet his mother.
"Come with me." Abhimanyu offered him.
"Really?" Listening to it, Made Tarun go crazy. Tarun literally backed his bag overnight as they flew to Abhimanyu's hometown, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Tarun's mother was a little worried that her son is going to be alone. But he wasn't. He will have Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu made Misha talk to his mother. And after talking to her, she finally agreed.
Tarun was very excited to be at Abhimanyu's childhood home, to meet his mother. He wondered how she'll be.
"She is going to love you." Abhimanyu said to him when they were sitting on the flight sit. Abhimanyu was going on the train. It would've been a long hours journey. So, Mr Moore booked a flight for them. Oops, sorry, Uncle Prateek. Tarun doesn't call him Mr Moore anymore. But it's still a little weird. His mother and his uncle are now dating? He thought a lot about it. Maybe, they are dating. Mom seems to be much happier. Paras too, as he got a father figure. And Tarun feels grateful for uncle Prateek to be there for them. For Tarun. He is their family too.
When they exit the airport from the arrival, Abhimanyu points at the woman standing behind the railing. "Look, that's my mum."
Abhimanyu's mother's smile grew as they reached her. Abhimanyu resembles her mother. The eyes. The lips, all the same. Tarun decided it's the sweetest smile he had ever seen in his whole damn life, she had the same one-side dimple smile. "Oh my god. Tarun." She hugs him, tight. Abhimanyu grins behind them. "Let's go." She says. "My son talks a lot about you. You're cuter in person, by the way." She laughs. Tarun looks at Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tells everyone that his boyfriend is cute. He is obsessed.
Anita, Abhimanyu's mother, cooked the most delicious dishes Tarun had in a while. "Can you tell me the recipe, so I can send it to my mom." They laugh.
There stay in Raipur was for five days. They slept together on Abhimanyu's childhood room. They did sex one day out of those five days. All condoms down. Now, the plan is to buy more. "I'm not gonna buy it." Tarun tells Abhimanyu. Because he still thinks it's weird. "Okay, babe." Abhimanyu laughs.
Now, on the day of Tarun's birthday, his Mom is keeping him busy. They do a handful of shopping. When they reached home, Tarun was entirely shocked. He climbs out of the passenger seat and looks at his garden. It was made pretty well. Different types of flowers pots were placed. Once Tarun wished that he will be making his front yard much better. And it is now. Much better than he imagined.
"Who did this?" Tarun asked his mom.
"Guess who?" She smiles pulling out the things from the back of the car.
"Abhimanyu." He whispers.
"I helped too." Paras says coming out from the front door.
"You did?"
