"I fill like my throat's still burning." The pani puri we just ate were too spicy, even when I tell the stall guy to make it less. And Tarun? He was eating them like a pro player. His score was thirty seven and mine? It's too embarrassing to tell.

"You should've think before filling two of them at the same time in your mouth." He bite his lips, trying to control the laugh. We were competing that who can eat more and fast, and in that quest I did that. None the less, I lost terribly.

"But you are a champ." I say, praising him. I try to clear my throat. Tarun seem to notice it. He beckoned me to follow him, pointing toward the wooden shelter ahead, where the poles are covered with cripping roots and leaves. "There. We'll get some drinking water." Says Tarun.

We get to the shelter and there is a tank, says Drinking water, connected with the tapes around it. People are filling up there bottles, a kid sprinkle water at his friend, even some older age people are sitting or resting on the benches, no surprise, much of a walk for them. Tarun turns the nobe left, as water starts running. He makes a curved shape like a bowl with both of his hands and dips down to drink as it. I did the same. While drinking, he looks at me sideways and winks.

After, drinking a lot of water, it seem to help me now.

"I don't think so you're going to eat pani puri any time soon. You don't like it?" Tarun asked, grinning. We are crossing the path which is going to lead us go the small bridge-again, wooden-and has two lamps either side. "Yeah, not any time soon, especially, not this spicy..." Tarun glances at the crowd of people, some of them sitting on the blanket, kids playing with there dads. Laughing. Enjoying. "... but I do like it." I complete anyway, even he is half listening to me or not at all. Does seeing them reminds him of his family, his dad? I gotta divert his mind.

"Tarun, we got to the bridge!" Now, he focuses his attention toward what I'm saying and looks ahead. We walk up the wooden hinged path of the bridge. He sneers away, to the threshold bar. His eyes fixed on something. A smile crosses his lips and I want to kiss it. But I can't. Not here.

"Look, fishes!" He glance at me, when I stand beside him. This bridge is made over the stream connects the small lake and the rocky water fall. "Ain't you too cute." Too cute to get excited over seeing fishes. I pinch his cheek, softly. I see a man passes behind, picking at us, but I ignore him.

Tarun pouts. "I think I'm too old to be excited to see fishes, right?" He says more over to himself. Not old, just cute.

"No, you're still very much young and in love."

"Is that a phrase from a movie or something 'still very much young and in love'?" He makes a eye contact and move to touch my hand over his on the railing. I intertwine our fingers.

"Come on. That's offensive. I just made that up myself." I move closer to him, our shoulder pressed, to whisper in his ear. "I can make some dirty phrases too, if you like." Tarun tilts his head. "Sure, I'll" he remarks.
