I hadn't realized I closed my eyes when I spoke the words. Out and loud. I open my eyes a little, looking through my lashes. There's no more shouting. Three pair of heads turned towards me. From the corner of my eye, I see Abhimanyu sprinting out from the cafe.

His face is a mixture of things. A little shocked. In Awe but worried too. So he heard me. Graham and Anna look like a boom just exploded here and they don't know what language I just said. But they know. Everyone knows what I said. Mahima looks... proud? Sure. She is nodding like she just solved a mystery. Well, I'll give her that.

"Wow." Anna whispers.

"That's what we were talking about. There was nothing else going on." Mahima says, arms crossed. And Abhimanyu joins us, making firm and precise movements. He comes and stands beside me. "Are you okay?" Hr asks. I nod a little. He doesn't say anything else.

"God. And we've been thinking all wrong." Anna shakes her head. "I'm sorry, Tarun, Mahima."

"I mean, there isn't anything to be sorry about. You can't help it but assume." She replied her back. Graham hasn't said anything.

"Graham." Anna nudges him. He glance at her, coming into senses, then looks at me.

"Are you sure?" He asks. I feel Abhimanyu's firm hand behind my back. His smile is tight.

I say with full confidence. "Yes, Graham."

"Why didn't you tell us before?" His face does a little contorts.

"I... just couldn't. I was afraid. I thought about telling you all. So much. But all I could think of was how bad the result maybe." I'm trying to say what I actually feel. This is the moment. In front of the cafe. In the footpath. Standing here with my friends between all the public. And with the boy I love, standing with me. Graham's face is portraying something I can't read. What is he thinking? Sometimes he is so much predictable but right now, I don't know he is gonna react. This is what I was afraid of. What if he just walks away? What if he doesn't want to be my friend anymore? Doesn't want to talk to me. He eyes just closed a few seconds as he urges his body towards me, opening his arms, and consuming me in a friendly tight hug.

"You're super dumb thinking of us like that. Like we won't understand." He says.

"I'm sorry."

"No. Actually, I'm. Because we made you think like that."

After that Mahima and Anna join us. All four of us.

"Abhimanyu, don't just stand there." Mahima exclaims. And Abhimanyu comes behind me, his chest pressed against my back, and he joins us.

"No more fights and arguments right now, got it?" Abhimanyu says and we all nod. When we separate, Abhimanyu held my hand and all three of them looked down at our intertwined hands.
