Y/n is the third person to be picked as the Party Coordinator for the RFA. Rika and MC are thought to be gone, but mystery and deception still haunts the messenger. As time goes on, the past is repeated and secrets are slowly revealed. Y/n and Ray g...
When Saeran leaves the room, Y/n pulls her phone off of the bedside table and admires her new lock screen. It's the picture she took of him while he was sleeping next to her. A dumb grin glues itself to her lips. Wasting no time, she pulls out her voice recording app and plays back the newest one. Her body melts at the first syllable that slips from Saeran's lips. 'I love you, Y/n.' When the clip ends, she presses replay. Then presses replay again. As she goes to listen to it for the fourth time she hesitates and laughs at herself. At the foot of her bed Nunsseob looks back at her with a know-it-all grin. "This is the last time," I swear, Y/n jokes to the stuffed animal as she plays the clip once again. "For now."
Just as the clip ends, a knock comes from the door. Y/n nearly drops her phone and quickly leaves the app as she leans back on her bed and tries to act natural. "Come in!"
A man dressed in all scrubs whose face is covered by a mask enters the room with a tray of what is most likely lunch. "Hello, Ms. L/n. It's good to see you awake," the man rolls the cart in the room casually, but Y/n fails to match his eyes and voice to anyone she knows. "I'll leave your food over here so that you can eat it whenever you want."
From the cart, he plucks one tray that's loaded with an assortment of dishes and places it on the table beside her. "Thank you," Y/n says with a smile. Since he's a nurse or doctor here, maybe he was there during her surgery? Or perhaps her name is written on the door. She hasn't been up and around just yet, so she can't say much for sure. "Do you mind if I take a second tray? I can pay, of course. It's just that my boyfriend is visiting me right now..."
"Of course," the man smiles behind the mask, his cheeks touching his eyes. "I don't know if he'll be able to eat it, but I'll leave a second one here for him." The man crosses the large room and opens up the curtains and then the large window. "Fresh air is nice once in a while, right?"
"Ah, yes," Y/n forces a polite smile. This stranger is being oddly friendly and it's throwing her off to be frank. "Thank you."
"Oh no problem! I was told to open it after all." He makes his way back to the cart and props open the door to leave. He waves with a smile, then pauses. "Oh, that's a cute stuffed animal you have there by the way." A laugh interrupts his speech, "I'll tell him to bring it." And with that, the stranger disappears into the hallway.
"Huh." She blanks as she stares off at the two hot trays of food. "He's a weirdo."
Finding herself bored, Y/n grabs her phone again and flips through her notifications. Despite being unconscious for a long time, there aren't many. But just as she moves to turn off the device again, a new text comes in from the RFA messenger.

Y/n struggles with her phone. She turns it on and off, shakes it, closes the app and reopens it. Nothing works. For whatever reason, she can see the messages appear in the chat, but it won't let her say anything. The chat doesn't even record that she has entered it. It's just frozen. Kind of. Fed up with the malfunctioning device, she slams it down onto her bed.
"Are you easily frustrated by restrictions, Y/n?" A familiar voice greets her ears and the owner of it approaches her bed from the window that faces the outside of the building.
Completely missing his question, Y/n looks at the door and then back at the man. No one knocked and she never let anyone in. 'No way,' she thinks to herself as she looks out of the window. She's on the sixth floor of the hospital. There no way that he could've come in through the window. And even if he could, he's her doctor. Why would be have to? He can just walk in through the front door. No, what is she thinking. She was probably just distracted when he let himself in.
"Dr. Yun," Y/n looks at the doctor with a curious gaze as his eyes fall on her stuffed animal at the foot of her bed. The doctor has always been a bit of an oddball. "Did you come here to get an update on my condition?" Her phone buzzes repeatedly, it's constant ding overbearing anything that the doctor tries to say. "Sorry," Y/n bows her head as she picks up her device. "Do you mind?"
The man smirks and squeezes her stuffed animal. "Go ahead, Y/n."
Her smile falls off her face the moment she unlocks her phone. She imagined that it would just be Seven pulling a trick in the chat, but it's completely different. Instead, it's a series of panicked messages in her private messages. The most recent one stands out the most. And it's sends a crushing wave of shock down her spine.
Saeran: Lock the doors and windows. Don't let anyone in. I'll be there soon. I love you, Y/n.
