Saeran sits in the hospital's security room, his eyes dazed and staring blankly at the screen. The moment he got into the computer room, he hacked in and traced Y/n's location by tracing the enemy hacker's device through the connection to Y/n's phone. But the numbers just looked wrong. One moment, they weren't moving, and the next, their location was changing at over 160 mph. Then, he found the video.
Y/n.
The video starts again. Y/n's limp injured form... her feet already bleeding from where she must have attempted to run on unforgiving pavement.
"Ray... Saeran. I'm so glad to be able to reach you again."
Rika's voice plays over the original audio, but he can still hear everything. Y/n's labored breathing, her screams, her pleads, her cries... it's deafening.
"It seems that MC has gone too far this time. I'll be punishing her later; this will have to suffice as yours."
Y/n is pummeled to the ground. His heart lurches.
"You should've never left us."
"This is all happening because you're weak."
"You were never made to survive out in the outside world. You need the Mint Eye, Ray."
Y/n's body is ripped down to the ground, her head slamming against the side of the car. And her screams—
Saeran can't feel anything. Lip busts as his teeth gnaw through the skin, his hands clench tightly, his nails digging into his palms, and his throat closes shut. He can't feel any of it: he can only watch Y/n struggle with his wide eyes.
"You and Y/n are to perform a great service to us."
Y/n scrambles into the car, yet another wild escape attempt during her painful delirium.
"It's your chance to prove that you're strong again— to regain my and Y/n's trust."
Y/n is pulled out of the car. She doesn't have any energy left to struggle. The doctor injects her with a large needle.
"Ray, Saeran, my loves, I formally invite you back to the Mint Eye."
MC and the doctor load her onto the helicopter. Then, MC gropes at Y/n, exposing her bruised and bleeding face to the camera.
The video cuts to black.
"For Eternal Paradise."

Saeyoung slips beside his brother and shuts off the computer before the video repeats. "Saeran..." When words don't come to him, he does the only thing that he can think of it.
They hug.
