I just realised that the title is a little ironic since their debut concept is all icy and whatnot, but oh well, it just sounded cute to me..

It had been over a month.
No Minjae regressing.
No playdate for Junhyuk
No little Minjae running round the dorm screaming with laughter.
At first they all just assumed that Minjae felt the need to regress less than Junhyuk, which could have been possible, Minjae didn't know as he'd never let himself, the members just assumed this and didn't think much of it at first they would just smile at him and give gentle ressurances of 'You can come to us whenever you feel small okay'
Minjae would just nod and smile trying to hide how uncomfortable it made him feel he'd even been interacting with Junhyuk a little bit when the later was regressed in an effort to make himself less suspicious, his efforts failed and the other members Junhyuk included grew suspicious of Minjae,
It was actually Junhyuk's words that made everyone take note. It was a little late into the evening and they had all gotten back from dance studio bar Minjae who stayed behind, it wasn't an unusual occurrence so nobody was bothered by it but once the other four had arrived at there dorms, showered and gathered for a meal Junhyuk spoke up about his suspicion's
"I'm worried about hyung, his behaviour... it's the same as mine was when I was suppressing my regression..."
At these quiet words everyone else slowly put down there cutlery and looked up from their food,
"But why would he supress his regression, we already assured him it was fine..." Seungmin's voice was quiet and filled with worry and a little hurt,
"Maybe he's just nervous" Seongjun spoke up "I remember Jun was nervous to come to me at first" He glanced at the younger to his right who stared down at his food with a gentle blush painted across his cheeks,
Huijun at this point had heard enough, he got up from the table tossing the rest of his Chinese takeout and grabbing his shoes,
"Where are you going?" The others shouted after him but to no avail as they got on the front door slamming shut as a response.
Huijun half sped-walked half jogged all the way to the company building and opted for the stairs rather than the elevator as it would be faster, he was out of breath when he reached the floor there practice room was on but he didn't pause for breath and rushed down the corridor busting straight into the practice room,
Minjae spun around and gave Huijun a slightly confused smile and wave before jogging over to the speaker to pause the music, taking the chance to take a sip of water and then greeted his younger member
"Hey, what's up... wait did you run here you look out of-"
Huijun had caught his breath enough at this point and so did not hesitate to interrupt Minjae
"You've been suppressing your regression haven't you!"
He walked towards Minjae as the elder backed away slowly
"Is that what you wanted to talk-"
"Don't try me Minjae" He waved a threatening finger in Minjae's direction as he purposeley dropped the hornorifics,
"Uh.. would you believe me if I said no..."
"STOP LYING, YOUR HURTING EVERYONE AROUND AND YOURSELF" In that moment Huijun completely lost himself and grabbed Minjaes hand to stop him from backing up as he shouted directly at him,
Minjae was far too sensitive to handle this and for the second time in that particular practice room he burst into tears,
only this time he had Huijun's shoulder to cry on.
