☁SEVENTEEN☁

Huijun woke up to gentle sobbing sounds in his shoulder, there lay Minjae burying his head in Huijuns shoulder at an attempt to gain some comfort, sobbing his heart out as if he bore the pain of thousands.

Huijun knew exactly what the boy was crying about, he was miserable because he felt he shouldn't have regressed, he could read Minjae like a book.

He sat up, pulling Minjae up with him and ignored the startled and non complacent noises made out of indignation,

"You're awake, huh? are you big now?"

Minjae slowly nodded and Huijun released him from the strong grip hed been held captive in, knowing that Minjae knew there was no escape,

He reached over to his bedside table drawer and rummaged for a few seconds before handing Minjae a blue handkerchief hed found there,

"Wipe your tears" Minjae silently did as instructed whilst Huijun closely monitored him.

Once he was done Minjae didn't even give him a chance to complain, he spit the facts out straight away

"You weren't suppressing your regression out of fear of being found out but because you think its disgusting right..?"

Minjae stared at him for a few seconds, possibly wondering how Huijun was so perceptive, before confirming the youngers words with a short nod.

"Is Junhyuk gross for regressing?"

Minjae looked slightly shocked at the very forward question but regained himself and used his voice properly for the first time since waking up

"Of course he isn't!" He shook his head firmly to go along with his words

"Well then why isn't it the same for you..?"

Minjae buffered for a few seconds, trying to come up with a response to Huijun's smart questions before opening his mouth

but he was cut off

"Because your older?"

Minjae nodded as this was going to be what he said although he wasn't sure how Huijun had guessed that.

"So what? Should Junhyuk stop regressing when he reaches your age? will he suddenly become disgusting when he becomes an adult?"

Minjae shook his head very defiantly, protective of their maknae but then his eyes widened as he realized Huijuns point

"But i'm a hyung" He whined rocking back and forth on the bed slightly

"And? Junhyuk is a hyung to plenty of trainees in the company.."

Minjae still wasn't caving in yet, he jutted out his bottom lip and stared down Huijun in an act of defiance but this only amused the later

"You don't get it do you hyung?" He asked placing a reassuring hand on Minjae's knee "When your in headspace we will treat you whatever mental age you are and give you all the care and love you need" 

Minjae frowned at this but Huijun wasn't done "But when your outside of your headspace we will look up to you and treat you like the strong, reliable, hardworking hyung that you've always been."

Minjae's frown started to clear up a little.

"I get that its different for Junhyuk because he was always the baby of the group anyway but Noone will see you any differently for it, I promise."

By the end of this sentence he'd buried his head in Huijuns shoulder and was hugging him tightly 

"Thank you Huijin"

"Of course hyung."

They had gathered in the living room again for the third meeting, contrary to last time, however, Huijun sat next to Minjae giving him reassuring rubs across the back of his hand.

"Well, first of all I'm sorry, for how I've acted"

This earned a few nods and so Minjae took a deep breath and continued with the hardest part of what he had to say

"I'm still really not comfortable with this whole thing and it might take a while but I know its unhealthy to supress it so I guess I have to.."

At this point Seongjun cut him off 

"It's supposed to be relaxing you shouldn't force yourself, take it at your own pace you being comfortable is the most important thing" (Don't even think about it)

Minjae smiled at him, grateful that they understood that he couldnt rush this, Huijun beside him decided it was his turn to speak,

"You don't have to be around any of us, you can just regress by yourself, just as long as your doing it enough, that's all we could ask for.."

Minjae swallowed a little at these words before popping the real big question

"Actually..." He glanced nervously up at Huijun wondering if the brunette had already figured out what he wanted to ask, the second part came out in a close whisper "Just you..?"

But Huijun heard him and a beautiful smile that the sun would struggle to compare to graced his pretty features, 

"Of course hyung."

I hope the last couple of chapters weren't to angsty, I just really wanted to potray the internal feud that some people go through well enough..
