This book includes age regression so I'll give a brief introduction to it here:
Age regression is when someone mentally regresses in age to a younger state of development , this could be to teenage years, toddler years or even infancy. When they regress this can be reffered to as slipping or dropping into headspace.
When they regress this can reduce there motor and comprehension skills to the state of whatever age they are feeling.
Age regression is used to help cope with mental illness and stress or sometimes people just regress to escape there everday lives and have fun as a child again.
Please don't get it confused with Ageplay/DDLG/ABDL which is a kink, 18+ and nsfw.
