Hi I would just like to say that I started writing this at like 2pm and I fell asleep and woke up at 12am so I'm really tired this chapter might not be good I don't even know.
"You guys really thought there was a huge dog that ate kids?" I put my chips down and laughed a little.
"Yeah yeah, so what?"
"I don't know it just seems strange to me." I shrug.
"Wanna see?" Squints says, stuffing a hamburger in his mouth.
"See what?"
All the boys look at eachother.
"Campout."
"You guys are funny, it's Monday."
"Okayyyy, and?" Bertram raises his eyebrows at me.
"All of your parent's are going to let you stay somewhere, on a school night?"
They look at eachother and nod their heads.
Oh boy.

"Do you actually want to go?"
"That's what I'm trying to decide mom. A bunch of sweaty teenage boys in a treehouse doesn't seem very appealing to me."
"Well, if you don't want to stay, call Julien."
"Wait, you're actually letting me go?"
She gives me *the mom look*
"Yes. Now hurry before I take it back."
I throw my hands up in defense and hurry up the stairs.
What do I even pack for this?
Flashlight
Brush
Water bottle
Sleeping bag
Pillow (?)
This list is useless. I grab my old backpack and throw in a water bottle, a sleeping bag and a hoodie, incase I get cold. Or I could use it as a pillow.
The walk was longer than I remembered. I probably look like a hitchhiker right now with my backpack and my hair thrown up.

I reach the treehouse and start to climb up when I hear:
"Make a move already dude."
"Yeah yeah seriously, why are you waiting?"
"I - I don't know. It's not time yet."
Time for what?
I decided I'm not going to let them know I heard them. I climb back down and throw a rock at the wall, earning some screams from them.
"Well look who finally decided to show up!" DeNunez sticks his head out the window.
