Stuck for eternity (Jasper Hale)

After the ceremony, we had a quick break so Emmet, Carlisle, Paul, Quill and Embry can arrange everything for the reception.

We then made our way back and sat at our tables. It was time for Jasper and I's first dance.

Jasper than took my hand and led me to the dance floor. He bowed at me as I did the same. He put his hands on my waist as I slipped mine around his neck. We danced along to the song not caring about anything in the world rather than us being here together. The fairy lights reflected in his eyes, as he smiled at me. Soon enough other couples joined us for our dance. Afterwards we danced to some other songs before the time for the father-daugter dance came.

"I can't believe this. I know you are not my real children but it sure feels like that." Carlisle said. "You have been more of a father than mine ever was. All he thought about was his reputation and status. He never really took the time to hang out with me unless it was a social gathering." I assured him. We danced for a bit longer until Paul came. "Can I steal my sis for a second?" he asked. "She's all yours." Carlisle said. "The wedding is beautiful." he said. "Yeah. Alice made sure of it." I said. "I'm glad you have someone special in your life." he said. "I am too. Have you got someone on your mind?" I asked. "Nah, no one can take this much awesomeness." he said as I chuckled. "Hey Daph there's someone on the phone for you." Alice said. I walked in and took the phone. "You didn't think I'd forget my sister's wedding did you?" Ed asked. "Ed! So good to hear your voice!" I said. "I'm sorry I couldn't make it." he said. "Where are you?" I asked. "Here and there, never in the same place for a long time." he said. "Are we going to see you again?" I asked. "Of course. I just need some time." he said. We stayed quiet for a moment "Go back to your husband I can see that he wants another dance." he broke the silence. "Stay safe Ed." I said. 

I returned to Jasper and danced with him. "We're married!" he said. "I know! It feels so unreal." I responded. "Yeah, but I'm glad that we are." he said. "Me too." I agreed and kissed him. A couple of hours later guests went to their homes and Jasper and I headed to the airport. We were spending our honeymoon in Europe. First, we went to London, then Paris, then Madrid, Prague and finally Rome to meet Edward. "Daphne, Jasper!" Edward exclaimed. "Hey Ed, what's up man? I haven't seen you in a while!" Jasper said. "I'm good. How's married life been treating you?" Ed asked. "Amazing, I'm just so happy!" I answered. "That's great. I'm happy for you." Ed said. We spent some more time talking to him until we went back to our hotel for the night. In the morning we went to the airport and made our way back to Alaska.
