Stuck for eternity (Jasper Hale)

chapter 27

The day of graduation finally came. We got dressed in our party clothes and put our robes over them.

Once we got ready we went to school. It was filled with graduates, their friends and families. Everybody had matching smiles on their faces. Some mothers were crying, some fathers were also crying. We put a smile on our faces too, even if it was not our first rodeo. We sat at our assigned seats and listened to teachers talking. They gave us diplomas and time came for Jessica's valedictorian speech. It was amazing, inspiring. All in all, we had a good time. After that everybody went home to change for the party. 

"Ok, I want everybody to behave, the house is going to be full of humans! Understand?" Alice shouted. "Yes!" We all shouted back at her. "Promise to not let go of my hand? I don't want what happened last time to happen again." Jasper said. "I promise." I said and kissed him.

 "The guests are arriving!" Alice said. "Soon the house was full of people. "Nice house!" Mike said. "Thanks!" I said. "Lets dance people! It's our last night all together!" Eric said. We danced along to the music until they had to take a break. I smelled wolves. "Isn't Jacob, like forbidden to be here?" Jasper asked me. "I don't know, but I don't want trouble so let's go there. "Little sis!" Paul said. "Hey, big bro." I said. "Why is Jacob here, I mean aren't he and Bella in a fight or something?" I asked. "I warned him, but, Jacob is, well Jacob." Paul said. 

"Oh, no!" I said. "Babe, what's wrong?" Jasper asked. "Alice had a vision." I said. "They're coming here?" Jasper asked and I nodded. "Who?" Paul asked. "Get the boys and meet us in Carlisle's office." I said. "Emmet, Rosalie!" I called for them. We all met in the office. 

"They're passing Bella's scent, a red blouse." Alice said. "So the newborn army is coming." Carlisle said. "Hold up, what damn army?" Jacob asked. "Newborns, our kind, they don't have the numbers of a human army, but no human army could stand against them." Carlisle said. "Jasper has experience with fighting them, he could teach us. Is the pack willing to fight?" Carlisle asked. Jacob agreed. "When are they coming?" Paul asked. "Three days." I said. "Well, we're in deep shit aren't we." Emmet said. We chuckled a bit but, forcefully, because everyone understood the seriousness of the situation.
