Jasper and I spent the next day alone. We went to a cliff which has become our spot recently. "You know I love you right, more than anything in the universe, and further?" he asked me. "I do, and I love you even more. But, where did that come from?" I asked. "I don't know I just, I've been thinking, if I die, of worse, I loose you..." Jasper said when I interrupted him. "No, that's not going to...it's just not possible. Because you and I have gone through worse sh!t alone and we survived and now we have each other and you are not going to lose me because I'm not that easy to get rid of." I said. I would be crying now if it were possible. "Yeah, you're right, we'll get through this, together. And after all this sh!t is done we'll escape somewhere, on our own, away from everything and everyone, just us." he said. "I like the sound of that." I said. I leaned into his shoulder as he gently kissed the top of my head. We sat there, admiring the sound of waves hitting the cliff bottom. Looking at the beautiful sight of nature that stood before us. Smelling the water, the woods. The calmness of the world at that moment helping us forget the unavoidable fight that is coming, closer and closer each moment.
After a few hours, we went for a walk in the woods to meet Edward, Bella and Jacob to see if we could continue with the plan.
"Edward asked Bella to marry him, before, he turns her." I said to Jasper
Flashback to the voting
"You all know what I want so I thought it would be fair to vote on it." Bella said. Alice voted yes, of course, as did Emmet, Carlisle and Esme. "I wish that there was someone to vote no for me, so no." Rosalie said. "I vote yes, it would be nice to not want to kill you always." Jasper said. "Well, it's decided but I would like to say my opinion anyway, no, that's not what I would choose for myself." I said and followed Rosalie on the Balcony. Bella followed us.
"Why do you hate me?" she asked us. "Hate is a strong word." I said. "I don't hate you, I don't particularly like you either. I envy you." Rosalie said and told her story. "I guess I have to tell you something too. You know how I was turned but, what you don't know is. When I was just a newborn I was angry, and anger and thirst don't mix well. I ran through the woods, the scent of human leading me. I came to a clearing in the woods where a small village was set up. I waited for the night to fall when I attacked. I killed each and every one of them. They were screaming, crying begging for me to not kill them, their kids. I showed no mercy, no one was left alive. I burned the evidence down to the ground. I stood watching their bloodless, lifeless bodies burn. After I let's say, sobered up I hated myself. That's when I found the Volturi. I begged them to kill me, but, they didn't want to. I kept myself alive, hating the monster I have become. I swore not to drink blood again. That changed when the Volturi summoned me the next year, made me drink blood, and the year after and every year after that. But except for that, I touched no human. Jasper tells me that I'm not a monster but, I just.." I said. Bella stood quiet for some time and then said. "I understand that, but there is nothing that could stop me from being with Edward, forever." and then left.
End of flashback.
