Chapter 6 ~ What's Wrong with Hayes?

Laura's Pov

Hayes came in my room and laid on the other side of me. "What's wrong? You never snuggle. Either you want something or you don't feel good."

"I feel worse than I usually do with a hangover." I sighed and wrapped my arms around him. I pulled my phone out and texted Nash.

Will you take Hayes to the doctor? Please.

Why can't you do it😒

To: Nashty😘😘

Because I want my Cal time. Cmon. Be nice to your big sister.

Ugh. Fine send him down.

"Hayes. Go get ready. Nash is gonna take you to the doctor." "Why can't you take me?"

"Because I have stuff to do. Just go with him and I'll cuddle with you when you get back." He sighed and got off the bed and left.

Cal said, "The poor little loser." I hit his chest.

I turned on my tv and put on jersey shore. "You okay babe?"

"Why wouldn't I be?" "You just don't seem okay."

"I'm fine babe. I promise." "Alright babe. As long as you're okay."

I turned around and kissed him. "What was that for?"

"Because I love you and I missed you." "Aw so sweet."

I snuggled into him and watched jersey shore. About an hour later Hayes came in and said, "My turn for snuggle time."

"Let's go to your room. Cal go hang out with the guys for a little bit." He nodded and went downstairs.

I laid on Hayes's bed with him and snuggled with him. "So what did the doctor say was wrong with you?"

"They said it wasn't something they could find out in just an appointment so they are doing tests and we should know soon." "I hope it isn't too bad."

He nodded. We watched Grey's Anatomy on Netflix until he fell asleep. I quietly got off his bed and went downstairs. All the guys were there.

"Cal, Ash come with me to get Sky." They came and got in the car with me. When we got to the daycare, I saw that Julie and Colby were working there.

Colby said, "Laura! You're finally back in the states." "Yeah. Oh and this is calum and Ashton. Cal is my fiancé. But don't tell my mom. Or anyone that I know. It's between us."

He nodded. "Sky is right this way. Come here."

I saw Sky playing with Julie. Julie said, "Laura! Sky told me you were back but I thought she was just being silly."

"Yeah. Oh and this is Calum and Ashton. Calum is my fiancé. But keep it on the down low. I haven't told anyone yet." She nodded and handed sky to me.

Cal said, "Gosh. She's gotten so big since I saw her." "You saw her more recently than me. You saw her while you were on tour with One Direction. I haven't seen her since I moved."

Julie said, "She really is an angel. I love getting to be with her everyday." Colby said, "Congratulations on your engagement by the way. Me and Julie got married a few months ago. And we are expecting a little one."
