Chapter 24 ~ Back to Our Humble Abode

Laura's Pov

Cal and I just got back to Australia, and we had an amazing honeymoon. We spent a decent amount of time with my brothers and we even found a house. I can't believe we're really gonna be moving to the states.

We found a place that the guys could probably stay at that isn't too far from us, but we'll have to see if they feel like living together. We do have backup places that will be good for them to each live on their own. It's really just what they want to do.

Cal and I's new house is super close to Nash's house. We're not far from where Hayes lives, but Nash is closer. It's definitely gonna be weird being so close to my brothers again.

Will is in West Virginia for school, but it's his senior year. So before we know it, he's gonna be going pro. I'm so proud of my baby brother.

But back to reality, Cal and I went inside and Ash said, "Look who's finally home." Cal said, "You knew we were coming home today."

"Well yeah, I did, but I thought it was supposed to be earlier." "Nope. We had a later flight."

"So how were things? Did you find a house?" "Yeah. We found a house."

I said, "We also found options for you and the boys. Y'all can either share a house, or we found each of y'all a house that would work for you guys." Ash said, "I don't think I could handle living with those idiots without you or Cal to save me. I think we're better off living alone."

"Can't say you're wrong there. Y'all honestly might kill each other." "So how close are these houses to y'all."

"They're pretty close. I think all of them are within 15 minutes of us." "Not bad."

"I can't believe we're really planning on moving to the states." "Are you worried?"

"Nah. I'll have my brothers there. It's just gonna be weird being back. Especially since I'm gonna be on the opposite coast." "It'll be a fun time."

"I know it will." Cal wrapped his arm around me and said, "Only a few weeks before we move to the states. Ash, you and the guys need to go ahead and put some money down on your houses. I'll send you each the address that we picked for you guys."

Ash nodded and we hung out for a little bit. At around 4, Ash left, and it was just Cal and I.

I laid my head on his chest and said, "I've missed our little house." "Me too babe."

"I still can't believe we're really married and now we're moving to the states." "It's a lot of change baby girl."
