She really didn't want to fly alone all the way back to LA, her mum had to go home ahead of her for work and she and Josh were the only cast members left in Utah but he was driving home. Hold on, Josh lives in oceanside, thats's not far from where I live. She cehcked it on her phone quicly, only 1 hour and 20 minutes apart. Did they know each other well enough? They had only just finished filming and it felt like they'd known each other forever but she wasn't sure of the ettiquete in this situation. Just do it.

"Hey Joshy?"

"Yes, Livvy?" He replied, matching her pitch.

"So... I-I are you still doing a roadtrip back to LA?"

"Yeah, why?" He said with a suspicious grin,

"Well, my mum kinda had to ditch me and I really don't want to fly alone. So I was wondering if I could possibly tag alone with you." Suddenly she panicked, worrying about how she sounded to him, "If not it doesn't matter, I just thought maybe it would be nice" She blurted, looking away.

"Of course you can, don't worry" He smiled, "as long as you're okay with third wheeling?" he noted as he walked away.

"Third wheeling?" She whispered to herself, "What?!" She yelled after him as he continued to leave.

"You'll find out" He laughed.

On the day of the trip, Olivia was clad in a pair of black sports legging, a grey east high shirt, a pair of black and white checkered vans and her favourite black cat eye sunglasses with her hair in a low messy bun. Hauling her luggage behind her she met up with Ricky by his car. He was wearing his classic grey hoodie with a random pair of joggers. He scooped up her luggage and threw it into the back, causing her to wince at the sound of her belongings clattering about the car. He snorted at her reaction and walked around to the drivers side, she followed on the other side to the passenger.

"Hey, Rodrigo, you're in the back" He shouted. She raised her eyebrow in confusion coupled with a smirk. "You heard me" He jested in a mock threatening tone. She shook her head and opened the passenger door. Inside, there was a small light brown bear strapped inside with small black glasses decorating his nose.

"Oh wow" She murmured. "Who's he?"

"I forgot to introduce you. This is Franklin, my son" He said in complete seriousness. She nodded, biting her lip to hold back the laughter. "But anyway that's his seat, so you're in the back Miss" She gaped and gestured in fake outrage.

"Alright then, how about a compromise?" She suggested hopefully,

"I'm listening" He respnded, rubbing his chin with his hand attempting to look like a stereotypical villain.

"Me and Franklin can sit together, we can get to know each other better..." She smiled as she watched Ricky jokily inspect her and ponder about the options.

"Okay! I concede, you can sit in the front with me and Franklin" She pumped her arm down in triumph and slid into the seart, putting Franklin on her lap. "You guys ready? Remember I'm trusting you with my best friend here" He scolded,

"Are you talking to me or Franklin?" She giggled. He shrugged his shoulder and winked. " To LA!" she shouted, lifting Franklin's arm up to point down the road. After a couple hours of singing to the high school musical soundtracks and sharing secrets, they pulled into a mcdonald's.

Olivia scooped up Franklin into her arms and jumped onto Josh's back, they laughed together as they headed into the mcdonalds's. She stared up at the menu, there weren't many vegetarian options so she decided to just get a dairy milk mcflurry and a large fries with a large coke zero. It wasn't as hard for Josh, who had no dietary restrictions, he got a share box of mcnuggets with fries and a large diet coke. As they brought their tray to the table, Olivia scoffed as he took a sip of his drink.
