Hi I'm back! It's been ages but I thought I'd return with a request by @rosez098 I hope this is what you wanted, I'm also writing this mid online english lesson... a very laggy poem is being read.

"I told you Sof," Olivia sighed, "Me and Josh aren't like that." She slid down onto the sofa next to her bubbly friend.

"But I see the way you look at him, not to mention the way he looks at you!" She exclaimed, frustrated at Olivia's oblivion. "You can't tell me you don't feel anything for him."

"Yes I can." Olivia's palms were sweating profusely, she tried to subtly wipe them, "I don't like Joshua like that"

"Fine, if you want to pretend" Sofia whispered, still not entirely convinced. The door bell rang and she rushed up to let them in. Saved by the bell, literally. Josh and Matt came in, bustling and shouting. Olivia leaped up to greet them both. Wrapping her arms around Josh's neck she whispered:

"Hi." Into his ear quietly. Blushing, Josh moved on to hug Sofia, who was too busy laughing with Matt to see their little exchange. Clambering on to the sofa, they placed down the pizza they'd brought. Josh edged himself closer to Olivia, their thighs pushing against each other. Stretching his arm out he extended his hand onto her back, his cold fingers pushing under the hem of her top. She shivered slightly and turned to face him with an intrigued glare.

"Payback" He muttered under his breath with a grin as he continued to talk to Matt like nothing was happening. It was their little game. Since they'd decided to keep the nature of their relationship secret, they liked to tease each other and essentially hide in plain sight from their friends. They liked to think they were very observant and saw more into Josh and Olivia's relationship but in reality, they were completely oblivious, only seeing what they chose to show and missing the very obvious games.

It had been about two months, after returning to set for the rest of season 2, it had been very awkward between the two. Olivia had finally snapped and asked him to meet her in the parking lot where he'd first taught her to drive. And that's when it changed:

"I don't like it Josh. It's changed between us." Olivia whispered with her head down, "I'm not asking for you to love me in the same way. I know you don't and I don't want to come between you and Sabrina. I promise there's no ulterior motive, I just miss my best friend. I miss us Joshy."

Josh stood still for a second, rocking on his toes, unsure of how to respond.

"What do you mean me and Sabrina?" He asked, with a raised eyebrow and a confused frown.

"You're together aren't you?" Liv's voice was high, had she got it wrong?

"No." Josh laughed, "Just friends, completely platonic." Olivia's mouth hung open, she felt so stupid, she'd ruined an entire friendship over something that wasn't even real. "Yep... the only reason we've been hanging out was because I knew I couldn't see you. When you started to pull away, I assumed you were uncomfortable because I liked you-"

"You liked me?!" Olivia asked, tearful.

"Yeah I really did, I really do. But I thought you hated me after the drivers license."

"I-I, no, never. I was hurt, I loved you, love you. And I thought you wanted her." Olivia was crying now, Josh cupped his face in her hands, wiping the tears away with the pads of his thumbs.

"I want you. I always have." He smiled, leaning into kiss her. And that's how the whole thing started.
