Luckily Beltid is not as far as Siren was. Teresa, Kira,Sara, Paxton and I walk down the dirt road. Kira tells some jokes here and there but for the most part we're really quiet. Trees, and woods surround me like a glass container. One day I'll escape it, but for now this is my home. All I can think about is home, actually. Mom, Dad. How long has it been? I think of Maya's face and her parents how excited, will my parents be? I hear a rustling in the greenery to my sides. I pause for a moment and wait for it to pass, but it doesn't. I look at Kira questionably, but she just shakes her head. I keep walking and keep my ears and body ready for anything. Then as soon as I realize what's happening two men grab me and punch me. I fall and look around. My first thought is the Riots, but as I take a closer look it's not them at all. I think it's bandits. Everyone else falls hopelessly. I struggle to get up but they hit me in the head. I stutter, my vision gets blury and I literally start to see stars. Blood falls from my arm to the ground and I see that they have caused enough damage that they run away. I pull on leg up to stand and fall then pass out.

When I'm awake I'm still moving but my feet are not. Everything is still blury, and I ook up to see Paxton, his face bloody carrying me. I touch him.
"What are you doing?" I ask. Everyone else is in bad shape, but I feel I got beat up the most for some reason.
"Helping you, no duh!" he says. I roll my eyes only to find it hurts and grab my head.
"You're hurt too!" I manage, though my breathing is heavy.
"We're almost there!" he stutters. And he's right. Just in front of us lays a town. That's when I pass out again.

When I wake again, I'm in a bed. I stand up, and blood rushes to my head and my vision is dizzy, but I manage to walk down the stairs. Everyone is conversing with Sara's mom.m I take a sit.
"Awake are you," Kira says and gives me a hug. Sara gives me some water. And I gulp it down. Everyone gives her a hug and thanks her mom. They must have been waiting for me. I give Sara a hug.
"Thank you.Bye!" she says. We go away. One more person gone from the group. I look at Paxton and know the next town is Kira's. Lilted.
