Eight men left, leaving Molly, Kole and Charlie to discuss. "How could you embarrass me like that, man?" Charlie bursted. "Embarrass you? Do you understand what you just did!" Barked Kole. "I'm your best friend, Kole, dick move!" Charlie yelled. "I had to do it Charlie, nobody shows me respect around here." Grunted Kole. "Then you gun for them, and I'd stand by your side while you did it, but instead you come at me?" Charlie bellowed. "Molly, leave." He grunted. Unsure, she obeyed. She left him and went to join Kelly and Angela in the kitchen.

"I don't wanna hear it, Kole, I don't." Snapped Charlie. Kole lost it. He flipped the table in the middle of the room onto its side and booted it across the room, spinning back to Charlie he bellowed, "You don't get to say that! I AM YOUR BOSS. And you're meant to be my right hand man. Your not even on my side!" At first, Charlie was nervous, but then he realised that this was Kole, his best friend and he stood his ground. "I'm not just your right hand man, Kole, I'm your best friend. Which means I'll tell you when your fucking wrong." He growled. "Watch your mouth, I swear." Kole shouted. That was Charlie's last nerve, he jumped forward, straight into Kole's face. "Or. Fucking. What." He grunted. Then, Kole didn't know what to do, he was filled with rage and losing respect rapidly, if anyone else knew about this conversation or heard it his father would drop him like a bin bag. "You'll regret that." Kole groaned. "Your father may as well give the leadership to Kelly, came back spouting about your head's in the game. All your heads in is pus- SHIT" Charlie was cut off by Kole's swinging fist pummelling into his right cheek. "I told you watch your damn mouth." Bellowed Kole as his friend wobbled back, clasping his face. Out of anger, Charlie swung back.

Unfortunately for him, his punch didn't make the impact he expected, Kole didn't flinch. Charlie's last move hadn't surprised Kole, he expected it yet it still boiled his blood. In that state, all he could see was what had happened to Molly, his girl had been pulled down the stairs by this lesser man and then said lesser man had shown him up in front of all his workers and connections with the girl he had been trying so hard to protect. He had failed. Failed. And failure could never be an option, That's what father had taught him.

Filled with this rage, he grabbed his friend, dashing him to the floor like a sack of flour and slamming onto him, fists clenched. He began pounding his face, each time seeing a new image. First Molly's smile, her laugh, that laugh fading away, her pain, her embarrassment, the fear she must have felt when she seen all this weapons, her realising that Kole had lied to her. Each image making his fist strong and stronger as it clashed against Charlie's face. Charlie couldn't fight it and he couldn't move, he had to take them punches there was no way out. At last, Kole remember that Molly was in the kitchen, with his mother, she was okay... he had protected her now. The fist weakened.

In a flash, he recognised his friend below him, he was no lesser man, he was his equal. The friend who had supported him frequently through all of his lows. Taking a calmer look at Charlie, he realised his friend was covered in blood. The blood covered everything but his eyes, two small circles of green in a sea of red. "What have I done? What now!" He cried. Not knowing what else do he
began to shout for his father, screaming at the top of his lungs, desperate to save his friend.

Molly joined Kelly at the island as Angela was washing the pots from their previous dinner, "Hey, so you met the men then!" Exclaimed Kelly chuckling as she bit into her apple. "Not all of them." Hummed Angela. "That's not all?" Asked Molly. "Of course not, sweetie!" Laughed Angela. "That's the whole point of a 'gang' there's loads of the bast- never mind." Kelly caught the stink eye from her mother. "I hate that word. Just because we deliver substances does not mean we are a gang, they're family." Scolded Angela. "Drugs mother and I just don't understand why Kole's in charge then. I'm seven years older!" Kelly groaned. "We're women sweetheart we're not made for that sort of violence." Angela scowled. "You and your old time views mother." Kelly moaned. "So... you sell drugs?" Questioned Molly. Angela and Kelly both seemed to find this amusing. "Molly, I think you should ask my son about this." Complained Angela. They said nothing else, it was silent for a while and Molly decides to check on Kole but as she opened the door she heard a painful cry, "Father!" Full of nerves, she ran desperately into the room, she seen the blood first so she ran back into the hallway and screamed for Luiz. He responded with a thud of feet and he can crashing down the stairs. "What!" He bellowed. "Kole!" She cried, following him into the room. That's when she seen it. The reason Kole was screaming, with all the air in his lungs he'd been yelling for his father, she could see why such fear. The blood around had an explanation, none was Kole's it was all over his friend and the horror of it all... was Charlie's face.
