Stepping out of the limo, Molly quickly felt intimidated. The doors opened in a hurry and a woman with medium length, ginger and a tiny waist, obviously in her fourties, her face still radiant, emerged from behind. This woman was dressed in a long sparkly black dress, curving perfectly to shape her waist. "My son." she cried, skipping arms out down the steps. Her eyes were as blue as the ocean, they captured Molly as soon ad she came out, already she felt a warmth with this woman. This was his mother? Not long after, a plump man, hair darkest of blonds came out, despite his blue eyes his face was stone cold, his facial hair covered his jawline. "Son." he bellowed. "Mother. Father." greeted Kole as he pulled his mother into a bear hug. Slowly, his father crept down the stairs, Molly could feel the tension heightening as he got closer, clearly Kole's mother did too as she let him go by the time his father was four metres away. She came over to stand in front of Molly. All of a sudden, She was all Molly could see. She raised her nose and pulled a sickened face. She held it for a few seconds and Molly winced, overwhelmingly nervous now. Out of nowhere, She started laughing. Her face dropped back to its former look and she seemed delighted. "Oh, love, your shaking with nerves!" she exclaimed. "Leave her alone mother." warned Kole. "I like her." she hummed, turning back to face her husband. He only grunted, then he came towards her. "You are Molly?" he cooed. The way he spoke made her feel as if that wasn't her name. GET A GRIP! she thought. "Yes." she stuttered. "I'm Luiz, Luiz Delmarno, great to finally meet you." he smirked. I see where kole gets that from, Molly thought. She couldn't think of it then but she knew she had heard the name Delmarno before... "Please," grinned his mother, "come inside."So, they walked up the steps and through the large wooden door, it led to an all white hallway, a sideboard with a vase full of white roses to the left with a mirror hanging above it. It was no lie that their house was pure beauty. They had an island in the middle of their kitchen, very similar to Kole's however their kitchen was much bigger. His mother gestures for Molly to sit on one of the bar stools under the island but before Molly could reach it, Kole had already pulled it out. At first, she thought he'd tried to sit there too until he waved his hand telling her to sit. Trying to act 'ladylike', she sat, straightened her back and smiled toward his mother who had sat on the opposite side. Kole sat next to Molly and his father joined his mother so he was facing his son. "So, where are you two?" Hummed his mother. That was like a kick in the stomach to Molly, she didn't know herself how to answer that. "Darling, maybe you should tell her your name first." Luiz grunted. "Well, I was waiting on you to!" She snapped under her breath. Lovely, thought Molly. She hated when a relationship wasn't equal, that's what made her nervous about Kole, he was such a big personality. "My name, love, is Angela." She hummed. "It's nice to meet you both." Molly replied, unsure of how she should've responded. She turned to Kole to see his reaction, he reassured her with a nod then turned to his father. "Father, shall we talk... in the other room?" He proposed. "Indeed, son." Agreed Luiz. They each stopped and left the room, before the door shut Kole turned to Molly. Nodding he whispered, "You got this, love."
Angela began laughing, there was nothing but silence... yet she was laughing. "You amuse me, dear." She grinned. "How is that?" Molly fumed, honestly she couldn't see what was funny. She'd been nothing but polite, so what was amusing. "Do excuse me, that was rude, it's just..." she added. She stared for a minute, and then stood, walked over to a cupboard and pulled out some pans. "Can you cook?" She asked, not even turning to look at Molly. "I can." She snorted back. It was wrong of her to say yes really, as she wasn't all that great of a cook and Tammy had cooked for her mostly before her passing. "Come, and we shall talk about my son." She purred.
They prepped the food in silence for around five minutes and then, covered in grease, Angela finally spoke to her. "He is a troubled boy." She told her. "How so?" Answered Molly. "Well you see... my son is an addict." She stammered. And there it was, the one thing Molly had been wanting to know since Kelly's sarcastic joke. A druggie. That's what Kole was? "What addiction?" Molly asked, trying to sound oblivious to the severity of it. "Any and all." Angela replied. Molly was lost. How could he be addicted to everything? Now she just thought Angela was crazy. "How?" She asked again. "You see, love, an addict isn't necessarily addicted to one thing, I see it, that an addict is someone who finds addictions, their obsession to have each one. My son for example, his addiction? It's simple, Violence and women." She hummed. As if them two words should go together? "So you mean he's abusive?" Grunted Molly. "Oh, no, no never! He keeps his violence and his women completely separate." She grinned. So what am I? Thought Molly. Was she just another woman on his list? "But believe me, his violence causes problems. That's why we had to send him away to rehab." She continued. "I think I should ask him about this subject... it seems sensitive." Molly stopped her, she had to ask Kole before she could hear anymore. She couldn't handle this from his mother. "I just hope you do, love." She purred, her voice still as soft as it was when she spoke to her son, although she spoke with more meaning this time.
