Going Up in Flames

   " No, that's impossible! How is he alive? "

   " He, can't be! We all filled him with bullets. Keep your distance, lads. He's armed with something."

   " He's coming right at us! "

I stood up along with JoJo. I watched as Dio walked forward slowly.

   " What are you waiting for? Hit him with everything you've got left! " Speedwagon shouted

   " Come no closer! "

JoJo grabbed one of the pistols and pointed it at Dio. I stood between him and Speedwagon and watched the scene unsure of what to do. Dio continued to grow closer but I could see JoJo's hand start to shake. I tugged on Speedwagon's coat and pointed to JoJo's trembling hand. Speedwagon understood and shot Dio straight in the head while JoJo's bullet hit a vase not to far from Dio. All Dio did was lick the blood that dripped down his face. None of this made sense.

   " JoJo, I should thank you for the source of my newfound power, your father's blood and the ancient mask. " Dio snarled.

Dio jumped up and lunged his arms forward penetrating another cop. Dio laid on the ceiling and I watched as the cops blood was being drained from his body. 

   " Dio you villain. What sort of monster have you become? "

Dio threw the lifeless body with such force it knocked down Speedwagon and the rest of the cops. JoJo's figure started to shake. I stood by him and held his arm to attempt to calm him down. 

   " There's nothing human left of you Dio! "

I watched as Dio continued to snarl at JoJo. I could tell the gears in JoJo's head was turning as he was trying to find a way out of the situation and how to defeat Dio. I continued to look up at Dio. I watched him to see what his next move would be. I saw Dio's eyes transfer from JoJo to me. I felt my own body begin to tremble, but I stopped it. 

   ' I can't show him I'm afraid. That won't end well.'

   " Y/n~" He sang.

   " What? "

   " Your blood smells so sweet from here. I wonder what it taste like. "

   " You won't get the chance to find out. "

   " You may be right there my sweet. Your blood allows you to live and I can't have you dying on me now can I? At least not before the wedding. "

   " I'm not marrying you. "

   " Oh, but you don't have a choice. " 

I could hear Speedwagon and JoJo conversing in the back. I stood tall knwoing I had to distract Dio a little longer.

   " I believe I do have a choice. Dio you've done all of this to yourself. "

   " And it feels fantastic! Blood tastes so delicious my sweet. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to hear your heart pumping underneath your skin! You're afraid but you don't want to show it. "

I felt my face pale. 

   " But you have nothing to worry about. I won't harm you. I could never harm my lover. "

I heard growls behind me and I turned around to see a zombie. It was the constable that Dio drained. He was crawling towards Speedwagon. I heard Dio chuckle and I ran towards Speedwagon. The zombie had his hand on Speedwagon's face about to puncture his skin. 

   " Now I'm going to turn you inside out. "

Speedwagon's screams were muffled but I ran to him just in time to kick the zombie off of him. In return the zombie ripped my dress and showed my legs. My legs felt free and ready to fight now that the dress was torn away. My legs remained covered as I had ordered one of our maids to sue up some type of pants for me. They fit perfectly. The zombie was still alive so I walked to it and crushed his head underneath my foot. I tore off the rest of the frills of the dress and stood in the leggings and the top of the dress.

   " Thank you, Y/n. "

I nodded at Speedwagon and walked towards JoJo. I stood beside him as he grabbed a spear.

   " Watch out! "

I could hear Dio scream behind us but I stood tall.

   " It's over. I'm not going to let you kill anyone else, Dio! " JoJo said.

He turned around and lunged the spear at Dio but the spear went right through his hand and he held it. 

   " You're such a weakling, JoJo! "

The metal spear started to turn and bend. The sharp part broke off and landed in JoJo's shoulder. Dio landed in front of us and I grabbed JoJo. I helped him stand up and walk to one of the curtains in the room. I helped Speedwagon as well and they grabbed lanterns as we walked to the curtains. We hid behind the curtain and waited.

   " Hiding are we? "

We stayed quiet under the curtain and waited.

   " Ha! You were a fool to ever attack me. I have disowned my weakness in favor of life everlasting. You're hiding behind the curtain like Polonius. With the blonde and my wife at your side! "

When Dio pulled the curtain away JoJo threw one of the lantern on him and the place started to go up in flames quickly. 

   " No one's immortal. Not even you. " 

I watched as Dio stood and tore threw the curtain. His wounds started healing through the fire but it wasn't quick like when we first saw his wounds heal.

   " Fire hurts him! But it's not enough. "

JoJo picked Speedwagon up and hurled him towards the door. He was about to do the same to me when I grabbed his arm.

   " We're in this together or not at all, JoJo. "

He looked at me as if I was crazy. He looked up at Speedwagon and told him to get to safety. He looked down at me once more and brought me close.

   " If you get injured escape immediately. I will only allow you to fight with me if you agree to that. "

   " I agree. Now let's go. We don't have a lot of time. "

   " Indeed we don't. "

He kissed my forehead before he grabbed a sword and as Dio threw a piece of fired furniture the sword broke it and the remains scattered around us. JoJo got on top of the sword and held my hand. He pushed upwards and the sword brought him to the second level of the manor. He struggled to stay up so I climbed up his side and got over the railing. I lifted JoJo up and we stood on the second floor. JoJo raised his hand at Dio and gestured for him to follow. 

   " We're waiting for you Dio. "

I heard Dio grunt and when I looked over the railing at him I noticed he shed his coat and his shirt. He smirked up at us.

   ' Okay, why does the villain have to have abs and look hot? That's not fair. '
