The End of Jonathan's Quest

   Listen to the music when it says if you don't mind.

   ' I only have a few minutes before I disappear again. I have to be quick about this. '

I stood up and saw Speedwagon having trouble defending himself. I was able to use my Hamon and save him before they implanted their fingers in his neck.

   " Lass, your birthmark is turning red! "

   " I know Speedwagon but let's talk about this after Dio has been dealt with. "

   " Aright. "

When we defeated the zombies we turned and saw Dio leap at JoJo and JoJo lit his hand on fire with his Hamon and launched his punch at Dio.

   " That might just have the power to get through Dio's ice. " Speedwagon cheered.

   " When this business is done which one of us will have fallen? We'll find out, Dio! " JoJo shouted.

JoJo lit his other hand on fire but Dio blocked JoJo's punch with his ice hands. But JoJo was able to break through Dio's hands and his punch connected with Dio. I watched as Dio flew in the air away from us because of the force JoJo delivered to Dio. Dio started to disintegrate in the air and I watched as he was burning away.

   " I'm disintegrating. It can't be. The pain, the burning. I can't-"

   " You had to be destroyed Dio. "

I walked up to JoJo and touched his arm. The burning on my shoulder got hotter and I could feel the minutes counting down. I was feeling faint by just standing.

   " I will not die! "

Dio shot laser beams at us and JoJo pushed me away as they went through his hands. They cut the top of the castle and killed the last few zombies inside.

   " Dio has fallen from the parapet. "

I ran to the edge and watched as he fell. He was disintegrating along the way down and I saw pieces of him burn up in the air into smoke and then into nothing. He gave out one last cry before he fully disintegrated leaving only his clothes to fall, but his last cry shook me to my core.

   " Y/n! "

I felt tears in my eyes as he yelled my name. I wiped them away and noticed JoJo by my side. He had his own tears streaming down his face.

   " Dio. "

Start the music here.

I felt my legs start to shake and I collapsed onto the ground. The burning in my lower neck was just like how I felt it when I was younger but the heat was more intense. I felt the heat die down and my vision started going hazy. I laid on my side as I starred at the wall in front of me.

   " Y/n! "

   " Lass! "

JoJo picked me up and laid me in his lap while Speedwagon sat on the other side of me. I could see the worry on both of their faces.

   " Y/n don't tell me..."

   " I'm afraid so JoJo. It seems I'm leaving you again. "

   " Y/n you can't leave. You can't! "

   " JoJo as your protector I guess this is only right. You don't need me to protect you anymore since the threat is gone. There's no stopping this now. "

   " Lass..."

   " Speedwagon, I will always be known as your sister. Always. "

I did my best to stay conscious but it was getting harder. Soon sparks lit at my feet and started swirling around them. The sparks started climbing my body and once they went past a part of my body it disappeared and nothing was there. JoJo's grip was tighter on me.

   " Y/n, you can't leave. Back in that cave, we talked about our feelings and how we should focus on defeating Dio before anything else. You can't leave me like this. "

   " JoJo, this is my destiny. To help you but it doesn't seem like my stay was in the cards. "

The sparks were now at my hips.

   " It's almost time for me to go. "

   " Y/n, please! "

I saw tears leave his eyes along with Speedwagon.

   " Lass, you can't just leave! We won't be able to see you until the Joestar grandchild is born! "

   " Y/n, please. "

   " JoJo, Erina still loves you. I know she would make you happy and you would make her happy. Move on from me. It's for the best."

Tears were leaving my eyes now and they wouldn't stop. The sparks were now at my chest. I took one last glance at my 'brother' and the man I was protecting. With the stars above them, it was a beautiful sight and it wasn't one that I would see for much longer.

   " I love you both so very much. Remember those words, okay. "

( Anyone's P.O.V. )

The sparks were now around your neck as they made their way upward. You looked at JoJo one last time and smiled at him.

   " I love you, JoJo. "

Then the sparks engulfed your head and you were gone. Just like when he was a kid he moved his hands in the place you were, but you were gone. You weren't invisible. Speedwagon's tears poured down his face faster along with JoJo's. It seemed everyone was in tears at your disappearance.

   " I love you too, Y/n. "

Then he fainted because of his exhaustion and heartbreak. The world wouldn't see you for 58 years. When the grandson of Jonathan Joestar would need your help.
