What's Changed

   " Are you okay lady? You look like you've seen a ghost. " The Joestar said.

   " I'm sorry I was lost in thought. "

   " Why were you running anyway? "

   " The cops were chasing me because one of them was criticizing me on how I dressed and then grabbed me. I punched him and then they started chasing me. "

   " I see. You punched them? Wow, I will give you brownie points for punching them. "

   " Thanks, are you a Joestar? " you asked jumping right into your biggest question.

   " How did you know? "

His face told you everything. He was curious. You could hear the cops start to catch up and they were yelling at each other. You didn't have time to stand here and explain or you would get caught.

   " Stay here and I'll be right back. "

You started running away from the two and you saw the cops start to catch up to you. You continued to run until you saw a huge metal horse going down the road towards you and it had a handle on the side so you timed your next move perfectly. You jumped and grabbed the handle pulling yourself to the back of it. The metal horse was going faster than the cops but your victory was short-lived when it stopped.

   " It stopped at that red light. I wonder why. " you wondered out loud.

Other metal horses were going in the opposite direction on the road beside you, you took notice that there was another big one with a handle on the side just like the one you had jumped on and grabbed. You saw the cops getting closer to you so you held your hand out and got ready to be yanked. Your hand connected to the handle and you immediately grabbed the handle. You were yanked back and as you passed by the cops you spit at them. You saw that the new JoJo and the other man were watching you closely. You knew you needed to get off of the metal horse right now before you got any further away from them. You saw metal stairs leading to the flat top of the weird contraption. You climbed it and saw bars coming your way. These you recognized as street lights. You climbed the stairs and reached the top. You held your hands up and when it got close you jumped off of the metal contraption and grabbed the light. You started swinging back and forth on the light until you got on top of it. The cops were now at the base of the light and shaking it to get you off of it and back on the ground. You took a few deep breaths before you ran to the edge and jumped off. It felt like you were going in slow motion until your foot reached the other street light. You stumbled to the end of it and slid down the pole. You noticed the cops were stuck in the middle of the traffic and wouldn't be moving any time soon. You walked back to the men and they seemed impressed that a woman did all of that.

   " Okay, now that the cops are off my back I can talk. "

   " Who are you? " The Joestar questioned.

   " I'm a friend of the Joestars. I've been looking everywhere for you. Tell me is this Granny Erina of yours Erina Pendleton? "

   " That was her last name before she married my grandfather-"

   " Jonathan Joestar. " I said interrupting him.

   " How do you know about my family lady? "

   " Take me to your Granny Erina and I'll explain everything there. Please I have to see how she's doing. "

He only nodded and gestured for me to follow him. I followed him and the other man away from the road and further into the city. On the way, I talked with the other boy and learned his name was Smokey. When we finally arrived at a big skyscraper we entered it and walked around. I watched as the two fellows got in a metal box.
