Chapter 12: Kiligers

Matagal talagang magbihis ang mga babae noh? Harper is taking way too long at bihis pa lang 'yan ah. I'm pretty sure may makeup pa 'yan tapos hair style. That's alright. Kahit gaano pa siya kabagal, I'm willing to wait for her. Kahit ilang minuto man 'yan, ilang oras, o kahit abutin ng isang taon. She's worth the wait. Syempre kung maghihintay ka naman lang, maghintay ka na lang sa taong karapat-dapat. Sa taong alam mong deserving ng oras mo.

So here I am. Nasa loob ng kwarto ni Harps at naghihintay. Mabagal din palang kumilos 'to pero pasalamat siya at cute siya. At love ko siya.

Love

Hindi ko alam kung paano at bakit basta mabilis ko siyang nagustuhan. She has that kind of glow na nagpapaliwanag ng araw ko. Her smile is so radiant and her face...I want to see it as soon as I open my eyes in the morning. Geez. Hindi naman halata na I like her so bad, diba? Hindi naman, Rave. Hindi halata kasi obvious lang. HAHAHA.

"I'm done!" sigaw niya sabay labas ng banyo

"You sure? Your hair is still messy..." sabi ko sabay turo sa buhok niyang parang nilipad ng hangin

"It's fine. I'll just finger comb it..."
mabilis naman niyang tugon 

"How about makeup?" tanong ko ulit as she grabs her bag

"I rarely apply makeup. Kaya magsawa ka sa pangit kong mukha..." sabi niya at lumabas na kami ng kwarto niya

"Pangit? Pangit na ang tawag mo sa mukhang 'yan? That ain't true, angel. You're so beautiful to me..." sabi ko sa kanya at alam kong kinilig siya deep inside pero hindi niya lang pinapa-halata

"Ewan ko sa'yo. Mukha na nga akong chararat na dugyot dito. Tsss..." sabi niya and there's no way I won't find her pretty

"Physically, mentally, spiritually, lahat ng 'lly' na yan, maganda ka. Just freakin' believe me..." sabi ko sabay hawak sa kamay niya

"Ohh, ano 'to ha? Minsan pasimple ka rin, Mr. Venereza eh..." sabi niya pero hindi niya binitawan 'yung kamay ko

I know she likes it too. I'm pretty sure she does.

"Hayaan mo na. Minsan lang kita hawakan sa kamay eh..." sabi ko at nasa labas na kami ng bahay niya which she's sharing with her bestfriend, Holly

"Baka masanay ako niyan..." sabi niya

"Edi masanay ka na kasi from now on, I'll be by your side. I will hold your hand if you're feeling weak or even when you're happy..." sabi ko at wala na, pareho na kaming namula at nagka-hiyaan

"Parang nanalo ako sa lotto ah..." sambit niya as we head towards my car

"Same. We both just got lucky..." tugon ko at kulang na lang langgamin kami dito

Harper

Nasa loob na kami ng sasakyan ni Rave and I feel like I'm on cloudnine. Hindi 'yung chocolate ah. As in 'yung happiness ko abot hanggang langit. Paano ba naman sobrang sweet ni Mr. Venereza. Nahiya ang puso ko at kinilig. HAHAHAHA.

"You okay?" tanong niya sabay paandar ng sasakyan niya while still holding my other hand

"Yep. Super duper okay..." sabat ko sabay ngiti

"Why don't you play some music, precious angel? Para hindi ka ma-bore diyan..." sabi niya sabay nguso sa stereo niya

Pinatunog ko 'yung stereo niya at saktong nag-play 'yung favorite song ko at the moment which is The Weather by Lawrence band.
