Training with a team

Since I got to titan tower there hasn't been anything I'm required to do yet. But this morning starfire knocked on my door to wake me up, I jumped out of bed, and out of thought.
I've been awake for an hour or two, I just walked out of my room to the kitchen, I grab an apple, and wait for someone to tell me what we're doing. Slowly others file into the room.  I just sit the stair omg at the wall.
Maybe I should go do something else, I stand up and walk over to sit on the couch. Thankfully nobody else is awake enough to notice me, at least not in this room. I spoke to soon. Starfire darts in with Damian, I just lay on the couch.
I stair at the ceiling, putting an arm over my eyes. Maybe nobody saw me. Damian walks over to the couch," you ok shadow, you don't look well." I look at him ,"I'm fine" I say as I sit up so he can sit down too.
He sits next to me, " today we have training, are you prepared?" I look at him like really,"when am I not." He copies the prior look I gave," there was that day-" I glare at him " shut up"  he does his signature smirk,"or what."
I think for a second what could I do that would really piss him off." Or I'll crush you to death."
He gives me a really look,"and how would you do that?" He seems amused,"I would sit on you." He looks even more amused.
Then do it he basically says as he hollers," hey Shadow remember the day you weren't ready for training and-" I do exactly what I said I'd do and sat down on him. He shuts up very very quick. He looks like he's panicking,"w-w-what are you doing-g" 
I smirk,"shutting you up, and this is working much better than I thought, are you ok." He looks extremely flustered, by that I mean showing more emotion that his usual anger or disgust. He seems at a loss for words.
I get off him proudly,"seems I've been successful." He looks at me and suddenly his eyes light up with a mysterious tint, he grabs me by the arm, and pulls me back to him, I definitely squealed, by now the rest of the team is awake enough to wanna come check it out.
Damian holds me in his lap," what's wrong shadow, cat got your tongue?" It's definitely my turn to be flustered, it gets worse when the team starts filing in, I put my hands up to my face trying to hide what redness I can.
Damian lets out a chuckle. I freeze, did Damian just,"oh my god everybody, it's the end of the world run for your lives, Damian did the unspeakable he did something none of us thought possible, he showed affection to a female." Wait wait...wait...wait...wait,WhAt?!?! This counts as affection... oh god, I lean to look back at Damian expecting a threat to them, but it never comes." Did you chuckle ?"
I as still on his lap, leaning around to see his face. He gives me a look," I...no...of corse now, I-" I cut him off his cheeks are flushed,"you totally did, and not your blushing," I laugh,"maybe I did win after all." I say with a smile.
He looks frozen at the idea of me winning,"how about we just head to the training room now." He lets go of my waist, and stands after I do. I follow him outside , I'll have to remember where this is, since apparently this is where sparing takes place.
Once we are out , Damian requests to spar first, and then starfire asks who volunteers. Not a single person steps forward. So I do. I walk over to Damian shake his hand, and get in a fighting stance across from him, starfire then yells."start!" Damian charges at me, he's fast. I dodge, I counter with a sweep kick, he jumps sending a front kick, I block and send a round kick once he's landed,he grabs hold of my leg, I jump sending myself in the air, I wrap my other leg around he back of his head and he Topples forward, as he drops to the floors goes to slam me down, I hop off last second and land a foot away, he looks up at me,"you've been practicing." I smile,"sure have." HES up ready to run again, I think of using the maneuver I used on Bruce back at the cave. Couldn't hurt.
Damian charges, he lands a kick to my side...ouch he goes to throw another punch. I grab his hand swing my legs up wrap around his neck, lean back and let my weight throw him forward, he lands with a thud, I've got him in a choke hold, he seems stunned, but a second later I'm stunned, how did he get out,better question, how did I get pinned, he's hovering over me, both of us are out of breath, my back is against the grass, Damians  hands hold mine above my head, he lets go holding my arms with one hand sitting down onto me ...oh god this is so...embarrassing...I think is the term.
but a second later I buck my hips, he looks stunned for a second, I push my arms up and away from his grasp, bend my leg use the other to knock him off balance and ouch off the ground with my bent leg, and land on top of him, now I'm pinning him,.
I use my knees to pin him at the thigh, and my arm has one of his pinned while the other is up against his neck. He smiles.
"It would be better if you did this", he uses his free arm to grab my elbow at his neck, and pulls me forward I'm now off balance, he used my own move against me...and did it better he lands on top of me, one knee pinning my legs, one knee pinning an arm the other arm is pinned to my chest by Damian , and now he has an arm to my neck."damn it."
Starfire. Says,"enough, you both did very well. Who wants to go next." She says as she turns back to the group. Damian puts an arm out for me as he gets up. I debate on grabbing his hand or not.
Finally he just leans down and grabs my arm, and pulls me up. "It was just a hand shadow." I smile, I know."thanks."
Damian starts walking back to the tower, I'm confused, Jamie runs up to me,"after you spar, you're aloud to  go back to the tower to train, if you want to, "I smile,"thanks."  As he walks a way. I turn and head back to the tower, I head to the gym down the hall, Damian obviously beat me here.
