"I thought you said you knew how to fly this thing," Loki said, watching as Thor pressed random buttons on the council.
"I said 'How hard can it be?'" Thor countered.
"Well, whatever you're doing, Brother, I suggest you do it faster,"
"Shut up, Loki," Thor snapped.
"You must've missed something," he suggested.
"I didn't. I'm pressing every button on this thing,"
"Oh, move over," I growled, pushing the god to the side and peering at the keys. I found the one labeled start and pressed it, the ship powering up around us.
"You missed the start button," I informed him, grabbing the controls.
"No, no. I'm flying this ship," Thor said, grabbing me by the collar and pulling me backward.
The ship spun around, hitting every column around us. "I think you missed a column," Loki teased.
"Shut up!" We burst through one of the walls, weaving underneath a support bridge.
"Look, why don't you let me take over? I'm clearly the better pilot,"
"Is that right? Well, out of the three of us, which one of us can actually fly?"
The girl, I still don't know her name, suddenly flopped to the floor. "Oh, dear. Is she dead?" Loki asked, glancing over.
"Jane!" Thor exclaimed, making the girl mumble something and wave her hand.
A couple of shits landed on the ship, making it jolt, and I stumbled slightly. We, and by we I mean Thor, sliced through a watchtower, causing it to crumble to the ground.
"Not a word," Thor said firmly as Loki opened his mouth to comment.
"Now they're following us," he said as three ships sped along behind us. The ship shook as some sort of beam thing hit it, causing it to shake again.
"Now they're firing at us!"
"Yes, thank you for the commentary, Loki, it's not at all distracting!" Thor snapped.
We cut through part of a bridge and took off the head of a statue while entering a tunnel.
"Well done. You just decapitated your grandfather," I smirked at the comment.
"Yeah, this is wonderful. This is a tremendous idea. Let's steal the biggest, most obvious, ship in the universe and escape in that, flying around the city, smashing into everything in sight so everyone can see us! It's brilliant, Thor, it's truly brillian--"
Thor placed a hand on my chest, shoving me backward into Loki and sending us both flying out of the ship. Loki just hit the ship face-first, but I managed to angle myself so landed on my feet. However, doing so sent a shockwave up my leg.
"I see your time in the dungeon has made you no less graceful, Loki," a blond man chuckled as Loki pulled himself up.
"You lied to me. I'm impressed,"
"I'm glad you're pleased. Now, do as you promised. Take us to your secret pathway," We sped up, turning so we were heading towards the mountains. Another ship was firing at us, so we pulled up into the air.
"Fandral," Thor said to the blond man, who was presumably Fandral.
"Right. For Asgard," he grabbed a rope, jumping off the side of the ship. We sped up again, barreling straight towards the mountains.
"Loki?" Thor questioned as we showed no signs of slowing.
"If it were easy, everyone would do it,"
