Maya couldn't believe it the things that she had been hearing coming out of this woman's mouth. She didn't believe not a second of it. Sajaír needed to return home and talk some sense into his dad because he was beating the shit out of her? Maya took the time to analyze the woman who had been sweet to her in their first meetings at the dinner table, or at least her gestures were. At this moment in time, she couldn't trust anyone that wasn't there when she was in a coma. She looked all over Charlene's face, searching for faint signs of bruises and she did have a growing knot at her head. Whose to say she didn't do that to herself, though?
"Cut the bullshit," Maya said, interrupting the story that she had been telling. Charlene looked to her in a scared fashion, lips quivering before she did indeed shut the hell up. Maya walked out of the room for a second, not expecting anyone to follow her because she was making a short return. She carried one of Sajaír's glocks in her hands, walking into the living room with a calm fashion before she took the safety off and cocked it. She aimed it, trying to keep herself together and not physically shake. "I don't believe a damn thing that you're saying, Charlie. You think that all of a sudden he's going to return to the man who set me up to be killed?" She asked, making a face of disbelief.
"You came all the way out here to what? Plea and bring him home back to New York so I could never see him again? Maybe you don't understand what it's like to have the love of your life taken away from you. To be held against his will to stay away from you, to be told you'll never amount to anything -" Maya chuckled, lowering the gun before she shook her head. This side of her was new to everyone, but no one could be trusted in this time. Sajaír stood, allowing his hands to be shown. Maya continued to aim at her, eyes narrowed with determination to strip her down if it was the last thing she did. Sajaír finessed the gun from her hands in an amount of seconds, turning the safety on and emptying the chamber. "What did you do that for?" Maya asked.
"She's telling the truth, Maya. My father has an abusive past. He beat my mother." Sajaír said with a sorrowed look on his face. Maya looked past him at the woman who had been trembling. She could've been innocent, but Maya was tired of being underestimated and giving people the benefit of the doubt. Charlene looked to her, an honest look in her eyes. Maya couldn't even deny that.
"I had nothing to do with what happened to you 6 months ago, Maya. None of you," Charlene looked to everyone in the room. Amirah seemed unbothered, rolling a blunt in her hand like she had been doing. "It took me putting two and two together to figure it out. Figure out why Carter didn't return home until late hours that night. It was about a month into you disappearing when I started to ask questions," Charlene said to Sajaír. He nodded his head, knowing that Charlene attempted to call him in several occasions. Maya looked to her for a moment, narrowing her eyes before she sat down across from her.
"How do I know you're not here to report back that I'm alive?" She asked in a soft voice. It sounded crazy coming out of her mouth, to know that people had prayed on her downfall was completely. . It was crazy, she could admit. Maya looked to her, yearning for an answer. Charlene looked back to the girl, her eyes watering again before she held out her hand.
"I'm divorcing him, immediately." Charlene said and Nicholas groaned. Maya looked to him for the answer on why that reaction, but did she even want to know? "Your Father had me sign a contract and a NDA when I agreed to marry him. Understand that I have some money of my own, Amirah knows me." Charlene said before looking to Amirah. Amirah rolled her eyes before speaking up and Maya listened.
"Before I know her, Charlene and I are in the same business. She's my top competitor, to be exact. However, I'm pushing more females than she is, which Carter tried to interfere with when I was shot, but she didn't allow it." Maya chuckled at what Amirah had said, looking to Charlene with a shocked expression.
"I've been pushing out hoes on the street for a good 35 years, I inherited my father's business. When I met Carter, I thought it was love, but it was a transaction to him. I noticed that more of Amirah's women started stealing my contacts, but I didn't mind. The less money I had, the more Carter wouldn't want me," Charlene said and Amirah laughed.
"So, what are the plans now?" Nicholas asked and Maya nodded. It had been a question that he was wondering as well. Cree had scooted in his seat, hands folding as he listened. Charlene pondered for a moment before responding.
"New York was his territory. He doesn't like to admit the fact that people enjoy Sajaír's presence more than his. A lot of this new contracts to smuggle underground are signed in his name," Her manicured nail pointed to Sage before she continued. "Nicholas, I understand you're possibly trying to overthrow your father but you need to do it in a fashion that's best for you both in the end. I don't suggest killing him, but that's the safest option rather than snatching his shit while he's alive. That man doesn't believe in love, he believes in money." Charlene said, shaking her head. Sajaír had been listening, massaging Maya's shoulders with a soft sigh.
"And what about the Woods sisters?" Maya asked and Charlene stood. She looked at her Apple Watch, knowing that her time was up. Charlene looked to Nicholas and Sage before looking back to Maya.
"I'll handle the mother, the sisters will come next," She said, seeing Maya's expression. Charlene laughed before shaking her head, "No, I'm not talking about murder. You'd be surprised to know the things that I know about their mother." Charlene said with a certain confidence and cockiness. Maya didn't realize how good Charlene looked, hell. She looked good for her age and had a certain swag to her. She grabbed her large purse before pulling the brothers in for a hug. A mother she was to them, Maya observed. "I'll be hitting y'all up, soon. It's probably best if you stay as far away from New York until Carter goes overseas in 15 days. Try Houston, the suburban area. It's nice." She said before exiting out the door. Maya looked at her until she left, Jasmyn standing to embrace Nicholas.
"So, what I'm getting from this episode of Love & Hip Hop is," Cree said, standing with his hands moving. "We're taking down a King Pin," He said, looking to his best friend who looked to Maya. Maya looked to Jasmyn who looked to Nicholas. Nicholas looked to Sajaír who pondered over the question before shrugging his shoulders.
"It's up for discussion. For now, let's get packed and hit the airport. Nicholas score up some flights. Amirah, where's your baby?" He asked, causing her to look at him. She smiled and stood, lighting the blunt before passing it.
"He's with my mom, I should be good. I'm gonna fly her out too," A said before Sage nodded his head in approval. "We need to talk business, too." Sajaír said, but Amirah shook her head in disapproval. "Carter already tried to smuggle drugs through the business. I'm not running nothing but pussy and old white men." A said with a chuckle, walking by him with a pat on his shoulder. It was worth the try.

"Flight for Houston boarding in terminal A," It announced over the speaker, causing everyone to stand from their respective seats and make their way to the Coach airplane. Nicholas could've called in the jet, but his father would've known due to the tracking on it. For now, he settled for the first class flight that him, his people and a few others had been boarding. Maya held onto Sage's hand, resting her head on his shoulder as they boarded.
When they got in the plane and got comfortable, she ordered some food and watched the TV that had been on the seat. Sage was on his MacBook, seeming to be handling business before she looked over to Jasmyn who had Nicholas rubbing on her belly. She giggled and for a moment, Maya wished that she could hear the conversation. "You over there daydreaming?" Sage asked, closing his laptop before looking to her. She shook her head at him, looking to his chapstick covered lips before leaning in for a kiss. It was quite intense, their tongues battling for dominance until Maya gave up. She let out a soft whimper when he placed his hand around her throat, pulling away before kissing the tip of his nose. "Meet me in the bathroom," He whispered in his ear before standing.
Maya waited a couple of minutes, watching as the flight attendants had been dealing with passengers up ahead. She scooted from the seat, walking into the bathroom. It was a lot more spacious than an economy flight, she thought to herself. He left the door unlocked so it would appear as vacant, thankful that no one else had managed to slip in. She giggled, locking the door behind her before she turned to face him. It was spacious, but it wasn't no walk in bathroom. She wrapped her arms around his neck, placing her lips back on his before he'd pick up her and place her on the seat. She softly moaned at the radiant heat that she felt from him, the kisses on her neck and his hands underneath her shirt. He made her feel wild. She kicked off her pants, throwing her feet out of her Jesus sandals before he unzipped his pants.
Maya looked before realizing that she hadn't had good sex in a minute, hell, she hadn't with anyone. She had to cover her mouth when Sage slipped inside her, filling her up to the point where she could feel her eyes rolling back. He thrusted into her, fast and hard, with the room that he did have. He felt so good, so hard and she could barely hold herself together. To fight his own groans, he sufficed for kissing and sucking at her neck. Maya started to move with the room that she could before he let her down and turned her around. She let her head fall back once his hand went around her throat, looking at herself in the mirror with flushed. He leaned in close, whispering in her ear, "Look at how sexy you look." For some reason, it just did it for her.
Maya wasn't surprised when he started to fuck her at a softer rate, knowing that her ass would clap if he went as hard as he wanted to. She practiced what her friends had told her, squeezing her lower regions so that the grip could bring him over the edge. He let his head fall back before his strokes became sloppy, releasing his seed inside her as he slowed down. Maya reached her orgasm as well, riding it down with him until the two of them caught their breaths. Someone knocked on the door, causing them to jump. "These beans running through me, who all in there?" Reign said before he asked the flight attendant a question. Maya could hear her brother be redirected to a restroom in the front. Sage was putting his clothes on, wiping himself and Maya off before flushing the remains in the toilet. Both of them suited up before they'd return to their seats, receiving glares from Jasmyn.
"Cheeks flushed, breathing hard," Jasmyn said aloud. This brought attention to them by their friends. "Y'all is not fucking slick, dirty and disgusting." She said, causing Maya to laugh. In the back of her mind, she was thinking about a plan B.

Too much happening for a baby right now.
