Hangout

June 18th

Light peeked through my curtains and I opened my eyes rubbing them to make sure they adjusted to it. I rolled over to the other side of my bed to where my phone was sitting and when I looked at the screen I noticed FT was still on. He really did stay on the phone with me the whole night...I laid there a few moments looking at him. The phone was clearly propped up on something, probably pillows. He was laying on his stomach with his head turned to the camera. He laid on one of his arms and his mouth was slightly agape. He was also snoring a little too which personally, I found to be cute. He was enjoying his sleep.

"Keep sleeping cutie, I'll see you later." I whispered softly and smiled hanging up the call. I looked at the time and saw that it was only 10 something in the morning. I wondered when the mall opened because I definitely wanted to get something to wear for when me and Melo go out later. Jess told me last week she had a doctors appointment today so I can't take her with me, I'll probably end up hitting up Kamora. I pulled up messenger on my phone and typed out a message.

Xia: K can you come w me to the mall?? I have to get something to wear for tonite.

As I waited for an answer I shuffled my feet into the bathroom still slightly tired, and opened the mirror revealing my toothbrush and toothpaste I grabbed both with one hand closing the mirror with my other, and began to brush my teeth. As I finished I heard my notification sound go off and I went back to my room to go answer it.

Kamora🤩: Yeah def, we could go now i'm pretty sure it's open.

Xia: ight i'll pick you up in a little.

I placed my phone on my dresser then walked over to my closet to find something to wear. I didn't really care what I put on to be honest so I decided on some grey sweats and a plain white tee, we gonna bum it today. I grabbed all my garments in hand and went back to the bathroom to wash up.

"You know I didn't even think of this until now...what exactly do you need something to wear for?" Kamora questioned looking over at me from the passenger seat as we drove to the mall. He eyebrow was suspiciously raised when I took a quick look at her.

"I def forgot to let you and Jess in. Melo wanted to take me out to get something to eat tonight." I nonchalantly responded.

"Sooooo it's a date orrr..." she trailed on waiting for me to answer.

"To be honest I'm not really sure....I don't even know how i'm supposed to dress. I'm probably just gonna ask him straight up." I said with my eyes on the road, shifting my hands position on the wheel.

"Oooo I can't wait to help you get cute!" she exclaimed clasping her hands together. We were pulling in to a parking spot by the mall entrance. Once we were in a spot I unbuckled my seatbelt and pulled out my phone from my pocket.

Xia: Hey Melo, how should I dress for our "outing" I don't wanna overdo it yk

Melo🥰: Hmmm dress casual, this is our pre-date

Xia: pre-date huh..🤣

Melo🥰: mhmm, a date before the real serious one....just so i could see how crazy ya ass is before I decide to get serious

Xia: very funny..

"Xi lets gooo, text your boyfriend later you'll see him tonight."

I rolled my eyes at Kamora and got out the car.

"So, what's his favorite color?"

"I'm not sure..." I responded browsing the selection of dresses that were on the clothing rack in front of me.
