Ah, Lorraine really didn't want to.

There was no part of Lorraine's job that she didn't like with her every heartstring. But some interviews slightly...just slightly popped the veins in her neck. Sometimes they were too offensive, too open, too disrespectful.

She wouldn't blame all the interviews. Yes, asking questions about herself and her life was one thing, but going way too personal was another. Sometimes it would be her bra or the edited nude that went viral. Anything offensive to ruin her day. She didn't understand what they got from asking these questions.

Yes, she knew that more than half of the world wanted to have sex with her and people were disgusting pieces of shit so fake pornographies, obsessive behaviour she almost expected. She didn't approve, but she knew what to expect from Hollywood.

It was safe to say that Jimin just happened to be one of those personal things.

It wasn't like she didn't want to speak about him at all, she just didn't know what borders they would cross. But she'd be refusing those questions outright if that happened. She loved feeding her fans, she really did. But Jimin. Jimin was just too precious to her.

What also sucked was that the audience were going to be watching this damn interview not for her movie, not for the shit she worked so hard for, but solely for details about her and Jimin's relationship.

Inhaling a deep breath, Lorraine Acker pushed all the thoughts in the back of her head and finally stepped on the stage once she heard her name being announced.

She could hear the loud screams of the audience. A smile made its way upto her lips as she waved at the loud mass of people looking at her. She greeted the interviewer with a small hug as he urged her to take a seat.

Ryan Clarke was a famous interviewer in the industry, running a family show, a good amount of comedy and just the right amount of tea spilling. He was the perfect one to start with, considering that she'd have to admit it on national Television for the first time that she was indeed dating the k-pop star.

As everyone settled down and the crowd became silent again, Ryan spoke.

"Lorraine Acker everybody!"

The people looking at her screamed and applauded as she smiled sweetly and thanked them, a little chuckle escaping her lips.

"First of all, Lorraine, congratulations on your Oscar– I mean that's wild."

"I know, right? I still can't wrap my head around it but thank you so much."

The screams weren't stopping. Ryan laughed a little with his loud ass voice and leaned forward a little in his seat.

"I mean I remember the first time I interviewed you, you were such a little girl at that time." He informed and as a picture appeared on the projector in front of her. It was of the first time she had come to this show, eighteen with an awful fashion sense. But she cooed anyways.

"That's– yeah that's me. In that hideous looking dress they put me in."

The only good thing that came out of it was the laughter from the crowd.

"Yes, but now you've grown so much."

She smiled. "I have, indeed."

"For real, and what are we hearing?"

She didn't need to answer, everyone already knew so she just laughed as the people sitting in front of them screamed like never before. Jimin's name could be heard between the senseless shouts of excitement.

"You-You're dating BTS's Jimin?"

She knew this wasn't supposed to be such a big deal. Just a normal human dating another. But this was Jimin and his fans were wild. Or else no interviewer asks about who they're dating on a movie promotion.

Ah, Park Jimin, the man you are.

Because he had never revealed his relationships before. Always said that's something which should be known when it's final.

"Seriously, though, when the news came out I was like– that's a good couple."

"Mhm, more like, that's an unpredictable couple. Like, from where the hell?" She retorted. Really, the only good thing was the people's laughs.

Ryan's laugh was good too.

"So, where did you guys meet?"

God, they were really gonna act like they were married or something, won't they? Guess she'd just have to play along until she gets to talk about her movie.

"Oscars after party." She replied.

Ryan choked on his own snort before bursting into laughter, resting his head on the table. Lorraine laughed seeing him too.

"Oscars After Party is turning into a find-your-match party. Like literally every couple meets there."

"They might put up a few rooms for people to get cozy from next time."

Once they had gotten enough response from the audience, their laughter ceasing again, the interviewer asked.

"Spill the details, Lorraine, how did the conversation roll in?"

Lorraine thought back to the night. She saw him from across the balcony and put on a show, didn't she? Then she kindapped him and made him drive her to Matt's house before getting high with him. Then they slept together, huh?

She was just wondering....how much of these events could she say out-loud before getting cancelled.

"I really don't remember, I was drunk, and he says that I kidnapped him and brought him to my friend's place."

Ryan threw his head back in laughter, clapping his hands. "This is hilarious– kidnapped, seriously?"

She shrugged. "He says so. But he also says that he willingly got kidnapped and drove the car too."

They're loving it, aren't they? The way Hollywood feeds on you, it's almost addicting.

"Ah, it's so lovely. You're a delightful couple."

"Thank you." It was genuine. Because they supported and stood by her side when all hell was breaking over, that's why.

The mass of people cooed and all as she smiled cheekily at them.

"And what about the distance and your hectic work schedules? How do you manage to meet each other."

"Okay, here's the thing." She started. "I know all the couples who just miss their partner so much in just one week but I and Jimin really meet in months because the one thing that's common between us is that we keep our work and fans above anything. That's – that's how it is."

"Does that make things harder?"

"No, it makes it easier." She answered. "Because you learn to respect eachother's decisions and dreams. It builds the trust too."

And when they meet the next time Lorraine wouldn't wait another second to tear his clothes apart. But that's just for her and Jimin to know.
