Exodus 11
The Lord knows His own. He cannot be fooled with hypocrisy.
Jeremiah 38
God's men are often hated and persecuted. This isn't anything new. Strengthen yourself in the Lord. The Lord requires obedience. He must have it. He will reward those that are obedient.
Jeremiah was there until Jerusalem was captured. God didn't whisk him away from trials, persecution or attacks from enemy nations. Where do we get the notion we get to escape? If the Lord brings us to it, He'll see us through! If not, we have glorious hope assured and have already been delivered from the WORST darkness into His marvelous light. Praise the Lord!
Lamentations 2
False prophets are they that don't call out sin, nor call for repentance. Let Godly sorrow move us to repentance.
Titus 1
Acknowledge and hold onto the Truth. The Lord isn't a man that He should lie.
Eternal life was made a plan before the world began! Listen to sound preaching, it's the message of God. Watch against pastors that use the gospel for gain. Test the Spirits and pray for discernment. Reject muddled doctrine. Don't be hypocritical. You can't fool God.
