2 Chronicles 20
When afraid, seek the Lord. Pray and fast. The Lord is sovereign over all heathen nations. Who can stop the Lord God Almighty? Have faith when you pray that God sees and helps. We are nothing in ourselves, it's the Lord who fights for us. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord! Believe in God. Praise Him even in trials! Praise the Lord for He is worthy! Praise Him in faith! He inhabits the praises of His people! Find your joy in the Lord. Take heed lest you fall. Separate yourselves unto holiness.
Hebrews 12-13
Let God remove all sin. Don't on to sin, let it be pulled out by the root! Run, strive lawfully, patiently to inherit the Kingdom. Keep your eyes steadfastly on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. See what great love that Jesus should die for me! Now, He is exalted but is able to save those under affliction. He understands because He went through it too.
Resist with all that's in you the very appearance of evil.
Don't murmur and complain in the time of trial. Submit and praise God. (Matthew 5:28-30). He is merciful to convict and correct us, else He leave us and we perish eternally. Reverence the Lord. Be strong. Encourage yourself in the Lord. Be peaceable. Be holy (without which no man shall see the Lord). Don't abuse God's grace. Watch against bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness. For if you forgive not man, God won't forgive you.
Why do we treat God so casually? He's the same as ever He was. Don't shut your ears to His voice. Grace is given, not as a bandaid, but to serve the Lord acceptably. There's a right way and a wrong way. Serve Him with holy fear (reverence).
Be kind and loving to each other. Be courteous and hospitable. Pray for the persecuted for the sake of Jesus. Be empathetic, we're all one body in the Lord.
God honors marriage, but will judge adulterers and whoremongers. Don't be coveting and envying. Godliness with contentment is great gain. God has promised to be with us always . With the world fading away and Jesus eternal, I have enough. The Lord is my stay. I'll fear Him, not man.
Respect the children of God. Be steadfast and firm in the faith. Buy wisdom and sell it not. Sojourn. We're not home yet. Be constantly in praise. Do good. Jesus is pleased with that. Be obedient. In Christ alone is our Hope to be presented blameless. All praise to Him forever!
