Leviticus 11
God is the same God throughout the Bible. He has commanded us to live holy even as He is holy. Without holiness no man shall see the Lord.
2 Chronicles 6
Jerusalem is the Lord's. There is no God His equal, or could ever come close. He fulfills His Word. He is merciful to those who obey Him in all sincerity. Pray, respectfully, believing the Lord, greater and more glorious than words can describe, bids you come and will hear.
He will forgive. Sin brings death and destruction. Be quick to repent. The Lord will not despise a contrite heart. The Lord has given us the way of righteousness. Walk in it, humbled for His mercy. The Lord sees the heart and motives of men, pray for forgiveness and for a heart that fears the Lord to never stray.
Praise God, for it's of His mercy and lovingkindness that tugs at our hearts and draws us unto Himself. All men has sinned. Forgive us our sins. The Lord covers His people with the oils of gladness, the joy of His salvation.
Hebrews 4
Faith and belief are vital! Don't harden your hearts. There's a rest for the people of God! There's work to be done here. Living holy and godly. Why are we resting here? The Word of God is active and powerful. The Lord discerns thoughts and motives, nothing is hidden from Him.
Jesus is our High Priest. Hold fast. Endure. He sees and understands. Because He ripped the temple veil in His dying, we can now come boldly to the mercy seat, where He meets us. Grace isn't a bandaid Grace enables us to live for Christ!
