Still Worshiping

Don't let anyone or anything take the Lord's place of preeminence in your life. Let nothing be higher than Him. Hurl away hindrances (2 Corinthians 10:3-5).

Psalm 140

Come to God with full confidence that He is the Deliverer. Pray to Him for refuge. If He doesn't remove you utterly from tribulation, know that He will sustain. Don't ever lose hope or doubt. He is able! The Lord is our salvation. Know Who you serve. He is the Righteous King, compassionate to those oppressed. No sin can dwell before the Lord. Praise the Lord for salvation!

Genesis 38

Wickedness will always be punished. Seek forgiveness while there is yet time.

Jeremiah 17

Don't place your confidence in man or yourself. Blessed are they that know their Hope is the Lord and who trust in Him as such. The heart is wicked. Don't follow your heart- follow the Lord. Know that the Lord sees right into us. The real us. He judges righteously. Trust the Lord completely. Expect to be mocked and scoffed. Listen to the voice of the Lord. Pray for discernment. Hallow the Sabbath.

Mark 4

Listen to the voice of God. Don't expect an easy race. There is not a moment that passes when attacks aren't plotted or hurled. Stand your guard. Rely on the Lord. Be strong. Watch against offense. Watch particularly against anyone or anything that would try to replace God as your "idol". Cast it down! The Lord will have His rightful throne. The Spirit will teach us. We have to study the Word. Have faith in God, nothing wavering.
