Niya was at the police station after she got a call about a crime seen that she took the car keys and took the case. When Niya arrived she asked her friends Maggie from the scientific police department "hey Maggie what do we have here" "well the victim is a male as it seems his name is Acher Lawrence he is 37 and the cause of death is falling from this high building looks like a suicide" Niya took a look around before Maggie adds "there is blood behind his head which means.." "he Hit his head while falling, or he was killed". "Detective Smith" the man behind siad "what are you doing in my crime seen officer Sweeft" "well I got a call that you took over the case but I was too curious to know what happened here" "I don't know what did I do to be cursed by him" Niya thought to her self leaving the crime seen with the evidence taken stairs up to the room the victim fell off from, Niya searched the room inch by inch looking for more clues, she looked at the window "Maggie said he fell from this height.. but the window is closed!" "And what do you mean exactly detective" Sweeft said " I mean that when a person suicide he opens the window and jump which means.. there is no change that he closed it behind him when he jumped" " that would be so polite" Maggie said "you and your fun way Mag" Niya said "this is a crime covered up as a Suicide".

Luckily the killer wasn't smart enough she found all of the fingerprints around the place but most importantly on the window. Niya took them to the Miami PD to see to whom they belong "her name is Jane Watson she live on the 6th Street near the kids play ground" the officer said, "alright let's catch our killer".
Niya went to catch the criminal when she saw her driving her kids to school, she didn't want to do it infront of them so she waited for her to finish it. "Jane Watson" "yes how can I help you" " you are under arrest for murdering of Archer Lawrence" she ran away after hearing this causing the cups to catch her.. " no please he deserved it" "there are other ways to make justice real Jane and this is definitely not one" they took her to the station to Question her "i had an affair with him when my husband was away, than I cut him off I told him this should end but he didn't stop.." she said crying "stop what" "he kept showing at my house and everywhere I go.. be near to my kids and try to get along with my husband.. he even sent him a video of me naked" Niya looked at her and remembered how her friend was cheated on before.. "I can't help you with anything miss Watson you can get a lawyer but for now you are under arrest, you can see your kids and husband in few minutes".. she got out and went to drink coffee from the machine that is near her office. "Good job detective Smith you never fail" "thank you sir I appreciate it".

Niya headed home that day early to spend the weekend with her family "hey guys I'm home" no one replied the house was quite "hello!" She took off he jacket "baby! Amy Noah" no one replied she sensed something wrong she took her gun out and went to the living room but no one was there "this is weird where are they" she walked to the kitchen to find a black letter on the counter written with white "Smith", Niya hided her gun and opened the letter that told her " your kids and your husband are with me, if you want them back in one peace you come alone to the old playground and remember no police".
Niya felt her heart beat like she's about to die, she sat on the ground and didn't know what to do "who can do this, why and how!" She had a call she snapped thinking it's the kidnapper but it was kami "hey Niya! I wanted to ask you the kids did not show up at class today are they okay!" "Niya" kami replied.. "they have been kidnapped kami" she said crying "what! Oh my god stay there I'm on my way" kami hanged up driving tania's house after she called Edaa and told her what happened she followed her in a few minutes.

The girls came in and hugged their friend,sat her down and tried to find out and understand what Happened "I was coming back from home but this time you was early I finished the case that I was working on the whole day and came back home and no one was here" she said crying "I kept calling them around the house I searched every angle but they weren't there" Kami later a hand on her shoulder "did you try to call Sam!" Eda asked "I did he didn't answer.. than I saw this letter on the counter" Eda took it from her hand and started reading it " this is obviously a kidnap" "what shall we do now" I'm waiting for 9pm to come and I'll go meet him "what are you crazy and alone hell no!" "I have to be will kill them Eda!" Kami looked at her than got up.. "you will go alone" Eda looked at her like "are you crazy" "I'm not.. she will go alone she won't call for any backup.. but" Niya said "but what" we are coming with you. "What no no no this has nothing to do with you you .. you can't " kami came in for a hug and too her "this has to do with me and Eda you are family Niya we won't let you fight alone plus I love the twins I won't let them there alone" "she is right Niya we are coming.. you drive and we will hide there in case anything happens we will attack" "what can I say thank you guys" Niya hugged her besties and they went out ready to take down that motherfucker who ever he was.

Niya arrived to the same place the kidnapper told her to be in when it was 9 p.m. but no one showed up yet until she hears a car coming her way a black car that she knew that was the kidnapper "shit" she said. A man came out of the car holding a gun and opened the back door allowing her kids to come out blindfold "babyyy! Noah Amy" "MOM!" "I'm here I'm here it's okay" "mom I'm scared Amy said" "don't be baby mommy is here" " let them go I'm here what do you want from me" she said with her hands up, the man showed his face and he looked at her than released her kids they came and hugged their mom crying.. Kami and Eda were watching everything from an other angle while the men were watching the place if any policy came .. "where is Sam! Where is my husband" the man laughed at her and said "if you want him you come to me with naked hands up" she took her kids inside the car "hey ! Hey it's okay" she kisses them "I'll go get daddy and come back okay don't get out no matter what you hear" "okay mommy" they said.

Niya closed the car and she was heading toward the man, "what's right keep it easy and slow detective Smith" "how did you know my name!" "Of course I wouldn't know the name of the person that took my wife to jail" "what oh wait Jane is your wife" "quiet smart she is my wife and you took her from me" "and I will take you from your family" "your wife cheated on you and killed man that's my job to catch the bad guys" "please me and the kids alone I don't think that's a good job". He opened the door allowing Sam to get out "you will come to me and I will let him go", Niya was will still working to reach the man "Niya baby don't!" The man hit Sam hard enough to cause him to stay on the ground with a devil smile in his face, untill she reached him and her husband ran away.. he pulled the gun and out and pointed it on Niya's way wanting to kill her.. Sam ran to his wife and covered her with his body the bullet Penetrated his body and he saved Niya "shit" the man said trying to run back to his car before kami catches him took the gun and knocked him down while Eda took care of the other two men.

"Baby no.. no Sam please don't leave me" he was bleeding heavily.. trying to speak "take care of the kids Niya.. I was the luckiest man to be blessed with your love and the kids" "no no ! Don't talk the ambulance in on it's way.. KAMI call the.." kami already did when Sam was shot "I love you Sam I love you!" He smiled back at her and said "I love you Niya Smith" and he's eyes went off Niya started screaming her lungs out when the kids came out of the car running to their mom Eda held them back to not see the blood while kami went to Niya and stayed with her .. the police arrived took the bad guys out but the ambulance was useless by that time .. Sam was dead.

At Sam's funeral the most beautiful words were heard about how good he was everyone that love Nia and her husband attended the day. The funeral was over leaving Niya and her best friends alone the kids were sleeping let the girls or still up " do you guys remember when we were wondering about the future and what it was hide and for us.." Niya said Eda and kami looked at each other "I wish I knew.. this job would bring me disasters" she cried "I thought that I would help the world but look at me now the love of my life is dead!" because of this job". "Hey! This is not your fault people are crazy nothing to blame It on you dear" Eda said sitting next to Niya.. "you are strong and Sam won't regret what he did because he saved you.. your kids still need you" " I didn't ask HIM! I didn't ask for him to save me!" "Hushhh I know I know.. but when you love deeply you are willing to die for that person" Eda said looking at kami..

That night was one of the darkest nights the best friends had to go through they stick together through the good and the bad and that was one of the purest friendship you can ever see.. 6 months later Niya overcome the trauma came back to work. Life started to treat her well even though the shadow of her husband never Faded away she swore that she will protect everyone from evil as long as she's alive.
