We phoned ahead letting security know that we were coming and they had already had the doors open so we could drive straight in.
We have also let Lester know of our plan and he sent us another car with a verity of weapons.
Danny drove us back to the garage with Sarah in the passenger seat while Abby and Connor take up the last two seats and I'm back on Becker's knee.
Leaning back against Becker causing him to wrap his arms tighter around me.
"You ok?" he whispers placing a kiss on my head.
"Yeah, apart from the fact we are going to stop a mad, crazy scientist who insists on killing the first humans" I sarcastically tell him "and anyway I been through worse I can handle this".
"We're here" Sarah spoke from the front as Danny stops the car.
The weapons we requested from the ARC were laid out on a table with six backpacks on the floor in front.
While Becker help packs the bags for the others, I notice my own personal arms, I do hate my father for training me so young but right now I couldn't be more thankful that he did.
You have to have a certain mindset for the military were ever you are based, we were trained not to be hopeful and always go into the battlefield level headed knowing that something would or will go wrong.
I was gifted my first gun at 10 by my Παππούς as it was a tradition to get your first gun from your Παππούς και γιαγιά. When I first moved to the UK I couldn't bring it with me as I didn't have paperwork for it to move country but I had Lester complete the paperwork for me and when I went back for my mother's funeral I took the paperwork with me and was able to get my gun back.
"Right, what have we got?" Danny asks as Becker opens the bag before taking out a grenade.
"Stun grenade" he tells them as he holds it up "Predators have hypersensitive hearing, yeah"? Connor nods as he picks the grenade up.
"These should stop them in their tracks" Becker smirks.
"Got any earplugs in there?" Connor nodded towards the back.
"Use your fingers" Becker says as he continues to smirk.
"And if you don't want your eardrums to burst, then I suggest you keep your mouth open" I smirk.
"Won't be a problem for Connor then" Abby chuckles as Connor looks at her offended.
"Don't be to close when you throw them" Becker finishes.
"Alright, let's go".
We begin to walk towards the anomaly when the detectors suddenly start to go off.
"No, no not now" Connor moans.
"It's Christine's HQ" Sarah spoke.
"You think it's Helen?" Abby whispered.
"Could be" Danny spoke as we stood in a circle "could be if we go back there and we're wrong" turning his back to us as he runs a hand through his hair.
"You have to make a decision" I tell him.
"Right, Becker go and check it out and take Sarah and Acacia with you while Abby and Connor come with me, we need to find her and stop her".
