We have a bunch of new members this week and I'm so excited. We're halfway full!
How would you describe the Main Character(s) in your partner's book?
A story is nothing without its MC (obviously). Everything happens around this character, so we have to make sure they stand out and are as memorable as possible. We want them to create an impact on our readers. We want people to love and appreciate them as much as we do.
Sooo, we have to make sure that their personality shines through in those first few chapters.
Is the MC kind? Outgoing? A little crazy? Stubborn? Brave? Witty? Selfish?
And authors! It'd be great if you could answer if your partner's answer is right or wrong. If the descriptions of your MC aren't exactly what you had in mind, it might be good to revise and ask your partner why they thought this or that.
