Yvette Clancy - book 2 (Harry Potter / Voldemort's daughter fan fic)

Chapter 5

Yvette ran through the barrier and jumped on the train with only seconds to spare, the Weasleys close behind. They all got onto the train just in time, except not all of them were present...

They entered a compartment to find Clarissa with her nose in a book sitting next to Hermione, they were like mirror images of one another. "I have been here for half and hour," Clarissa said not looking up from her book. Everyone looked at her like she was crazy, no one gets on the train early, it's unheard of. "I didn't want to be late and miss the train, that wouldn't be a great first impression," Clarissa said, everyone had to agree, except from the fact they had already made first impressions and they weren't good ones (except little Ginny of course). "Seems you and Hermione get along well then," Yvette said. "Sure, you can say that," Hermione replied looking up for the first time since the group entered the room. "Well, I want to go to the Slytherin compartment and cause some trouble," George said. "First we must collect the voice of reason," Fred said. "Clarissa, come along," Yvette said pulling her arm. That was the moment they realised, Harry and Ron were not there. Yvette being Yvette said they should leave anyway, but Fred and George insisted there little sister had to come along and Hermione could fend for herself. Hermione then said she would stay here so everyone left apart from her.

Lee appeared shortly after that. "Yvette what happened to your face?" was the first thing Lee asked, he was more observant  than the twins. "Oh yeah, how did we not notice that," Fred said. "I did I just didn't point it out," George said . Everyone rolled their eyes. "Uh, dreams," Yvette said, the boys had a look of understanding, Ginny just looked plain confused, but Clarissa had a calculating face on, Yvette shivered slightly Clarissa sure could look scary however small she was. "So Clarissa, I think you need a nickname, Ginny too," Yvette said. Fred put on his I'm pranking you face as he thought of ideas. "I got one," George said,"Mouse." Everyone murmured in agreement except from Clarissa who looked like she was about to throttle George. "Ginny can be Fox," Lee said. Everyone also agreed on that one. "It's settled. Mouse for Clarissa and Fox for Ginny, honorary squad members!" Yvette said. Clarissa then put everyone under a silencing charm, as apparently 'they were acting like elephants'. When she finally released them (10 minutes of silent argument) they proceeded to the Slytherin compartment.

"Hey Blaise, I hope you don't mind me bringing my friends along!" Yvette said kissing Blaise on the lips. The Slytherins expression's turned sour when the squad (plus honorary members) entered. Clarissa then started to comically gag causing everyone to laugh. Yvette went to kick her but Clarissa froze her leg with a simple "petrificus totalus". Yvette sent her a death glare. "Let me free right now or I'll hurt you," Yvette growled, she did not appreciate being humiliated. "You can't move, dude have fun trying to hurt me," Clarissa said smirking. "Does anyone know the counter curse, so I can throttle her," Yvette asked. No one spoke. "Sucks to be you then," Clarissa said finding an empty seat and sitting in it. Fred st down next to her,"good job mouse." His hair then proceeded to turn purple. Everyone again burst into laughter Clarissa obviously knew a variety of curses. Fred then jumped on Clarissa and pinned her down. "Stupefy!" she shouted fleeing the compartment an angry Fred hot on her tail. Yvette's leg unfroze and she ran after them too.

Clarissa was chased down the hallway and she calculated her possibilities: they were obviously better at running than her so she could only keep that up for so long, so she did what she did best: hiding. Also known as locking herself in the thankfully vacant toilet, works every time. Fred and Yvette groaned, Clarissa seemed like the kind of person who would wait out the whole train ride in the toilet so they just walked away defeated. Clarissa silently cheered in the toilet, they were leaving (she found out by listening to the sound of their footsteps), but they could be bluffing so she stayed put for a while, even though the toilet stank.

Five minutes later and Clarissa had excited the bathroom, but was sadly caught in the corridor, but Yvette who grabbed her and dragged her to the compartment. "Got her!" She shouted she made sure to grab Clarissa's wand it seemed like the only thing she could stand up with. "Hey, just because I'm small..." Clarissa protested. "You wish," Fred said his I'm pranking you face on. Clarissa then proceeded to send prayers to the lord and awaited her fate. They at first cursed her and then Yvette kicked her the 'sufficient' punishment for her 'crimes'. "You are forgiven," Yvette said handing Clarissa back her wand, who immediately reversed all the curses and eased the pain in her thigh a little. "She doesn't play fair," Fred said a scowl on his face. "Deal with it," Clarissa said exciting the compartment, she was annoyed, as you would be.

Clarissa held back sobs, why on earth did her anger always have to turn to her being pathetic, she was like a three year old crying her problems away. She wiped her eyes and entered the compartment to find Hermione, still reading. No words were exchanged as Clarissa brought a book out and also started to read. Ginny then entered the compartment followed by Yvette. Who, obviously was the one to break the silence. "Clarissa truth or dare?" she asked causing Clarissa to look up from her book. "Truth." she said. "hmmmmmmmmmmm do you have a secret?" Yvette asked. "Uh not that I'm aware of," Clarissa replied, she didn't really keep things from people. That turned into an intense game of truth or dare, the girls all connected a lot more and they realised that they could count on each other in the future, except from Yvette no one could count on Yvette.

:3 i don't really have anything to say, I was considering just putting a smiley face here but I mean now I'm writing this, so................ chapter 5 what did you think??(isn't Clarissa just amazing) *cough cough* say yes or I'll hex you *cough cough*, but did you enjoy this, and guess who's coming back in the next update?? the little Malfoy, Louie!! He isn't really that important but oh well, also wanna guess what house he's going to be in?? Clarissa is kinda obvious, also you meet one of Clarissa's brothers next too, he is called Benson why don't you guess his house?? Btw he is a third year at the moment. But have a great day!!
