Yvette walked into the dinner hall. "What did it say in the diary?" Clarissa asked. "How did you know what I was doing?" Yvette asked. "I'm not blind like everyone else, I saw you leave with the book under your arm, now what did you read?" Clarissa pressed someone was curious. "Why should I tell you?" Yvette questioned since when did Clarissa care about her personal life. "Because I can tell it's troubling you and I'm the only person except Hermione who has a decent amount of brain to understand," Clarissa said, Yvette nodded her head in agreement Clarissa was being Clarissa, weird in a nice way. "Well, my mum was talking about her best friend Regulus Black, who she obviously had a crush on, have you heard of him?" Yvette started. "I haven't heard of him specifically but I've heard about the noble house of Black, they're a big pure-blood extremist family," Clarissa said. "Yeah I got that vibe, well also my aunt was in a relationship with Sirius Black," Yvette said. "I'm not surprised," Clarissa said. "Not surprised!? He's a mass murderer!" Yvette said, Clarissa was sounding delusional at this point. "He was a Gryffindor and good friends with Harry's parents, to who he then betrayed to Voldemort but that's besides the point," Clarissa said. "Does make sense," Yvette said.

They then both tucked into their food as the conversation was over, everyone noted the absence of Harry, Ron and Hermione but didn't think much of it. Suddenly half way through dinner there was a commotion outside and everyone got up to see what it was all about. Yvette being one of the first jumping up and running ahead of everybody. She stopped still spotting the commotion Mrs Norris was stock still hanging, she looked dead. A distraught Filtch rushed over to tend to his cat screaming,"she's dead she's dead!" While all of the students were concentrated on the foreboding message on the wall "The Chamber of Secrets has been opened. Enemies of the heir... beware" Clarissa was standing at the back  trying to get a better look but was unable to so started weaving through people using her small size to her adavantage. Eventually she appared next to Yvette. "The chamber of secrets..."Yvette said,"What's that?" Clarissa got a good look at the writing and started at it for a minute or two. "I think it's a legend, something about Sazalar Slytherin and his heir," Clarissa said, causing Yvette to gulp, out of the for founders it had to be the one she was directly related to. "I'm Sazalar Slytherin's heir," Yvette whispered to Clarissa. "You are?" Clarissa asked. "Yeah apparently my dad was related to them," Yvette said. "This is not good then," Clarissa said her face turning hard as she started thinking hard. "You think this was me!" Yvette accused. "No you idiot, I think it's Voldemort," Clarissa said back. "Oh," Yvette mumbled feebly. "But another problem is that everyone else will think it's you so you might want to keep that fact secret," Clarissa suggested. Yvette nodded her head in agreement

"Mudbloods beware!" Malfoy shouted to the crowd causing everyone to start muttering. "Blonde git. Really knows how to stir up trouble," Clarissa mumbled. "Hey maybe it's Clancy she is you know who's daughter!" Someone shouted. Yvette then stormed over to them. "Don't you dare!"she said raising her hand to slap them. Snape the grabbed her hand. "Don't Miss Clancy, and don't spread ridiculous rumours everyone, a second year with not enough brain cells to make a simple potion could not work this  kind of magic." Yvette turned red then stormed away in anger, Snape was such an idiot. After that everyone else started leaving as well filling back to their common rooms, all dinner forgotten, everyone was making predictions of who was the heir of Slytherin.

Yvette jumped on her bead sighing. "Worse birthday ever!" She said dramatically. "Well, it was your thirteenth," Clarissa commented obviously not bothered about the whole business. "I wish my dad wasn't the darkest wizard alive," Yvette complained. "It's not that bad, I mean it guarantees that your going to be a powerful witch and if anyone pisses you off just say you'll get your dad on them,"  Clarissa suggested. Yvette nodded her head,"I guess..." Clarissa had a weird way of making you feel better.

Clarissa then pulled out Yvette's animagus book. "Right, we leave our leaves on till the 31st November and then we have step 2 done," Clarissa started,"And we need to steal the small crystal phial that receives the pure rays of the moon from Snape's stores." Yvette nodded her head. "We can get the dew from somewhere deep in the forest," Clarissa said. "I looked into the moth and they are native to this country so we can find one and kill it," Yvette said. "Kill it!?" Clarissa asked a little alarmed. "How else are we going to get it's chrysalis, thing?" Yvette asked. "Uh just wait for it to leave," Clarissa feebly suggested. "That would take far to long," Yvette protested. "Fine. But your killing it," Clarissa said firmly. "Okay," Yvette said not bothered at all. "Great let's got then," Clarissa said jumping up.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

The girls were right on the edge of the forbidden forest. "Right, game plan," Clarissa said,"first, lets look for a good spot for dew to come, there probably won't be any left at this time of night but I'm sure we can work out a good spot." Yvette nodded and they headed into the forbidden forest. Clarissa had suggested earlier that they walk in a straight line so they didn't get lost so that's what they did. After about half an hour of walking through the forest they found a mini clearing which had some bushes which would collect dew very well. "This looks good," Yvette said. "Yeah, Lets somehow mark this place so we know we're in the right place when we come back next month," Clarissa suggested. "Oh I know!" Yvette said pulling off one of her socks and wrapping it around one of the bushes. "Now you only have one sock," Clarissa pointed out. "I have more at the castle," Yvette said starting to walk away. "Mission success?" Clarissa asked catching up with her. "Mission success," Yvette agreed as they walked forwards back towards the castle.

Chapter 10!! what a milestone. I hope you people appreciated that i posted twice in one day, not that anyone is there. I just wanted to make up for the fact I didn't post on the weekends and I want to get this story going so we can finish the whole series and move onto other books. Because the wider range of books I write the more readers I encourage so more people will read this book! See, the logic of wattpad. But never mind that, i hope you enjoyed this chapter, introducing the chamber of secrets and putting suspicion on Yvette, which will make her feel quite depressed during this year, just warning you. Yvette will grow up a bit and learn how bad people can be to you. She will also work out who her true friends are and who was only with her because of popularity. Which will hopefully develop Yvette's character a lot more. I added a bit of murderous nature to this chapter showing Yvette's little reaction to killing things. I think I've said this before, Yvette is not a nice person, this is not a Voldemort's daughter fan fiction where somehow Voldemort's daughter turns out to be an angel. I think that doesn't make any sense, right now Yvette isn't hesitant about killing things that are unimportant in her eyes, like animals. But in the future she will have the courage to kill humans (Basically when the second wizading war starts) so she will NOT be a nice character. Just wanted to make that clear :3. Gosh these authors notes are getting longer and longer. but hope you enjoyed!!
