I may put this with the last chapter if that's okay with you guys, thank you!
Natasha raises a brow as she saw what was inside of the gift box, a key. "What is this for?" She looks at Pepper and Tony curiously. Bruce was just as curious as his newly wedded wife.
"Well, we heard you guys talking about wanting your own little place. We thought you deserved one, after all this drama. So we did some research and found a beautiful family home that's far away from any troubling cities or chaos." Pepper explains with a small smile.
"It has a pool." Tony quickly adds. "Baby spider will have plenty of room to roam as well. So you don't have to worry about that."
"Baby spider?" Natasha laughs, "you guys didn't have to do this. We don't need a house or anything."
"That's clearly a lie and consider this your wedding gift from us." Tony replies, "we can help you guys get settled whenever you want this week."
"We're not kicking you out, so take however long you want." Pepper quickly adds, not wanting the couple to feel rushed.
Natasha studies the key before looking at Bruce. "Maybe we could check it out tomorrow? We're not going on a honeymoon after all."
Tony looks at Natasha, "I mean, you could have if you wanted to. If you ever want a trip just let us know, we can babysit."
"Umm, I may have Clint handle that one." Bruce grins as he looks at his friend.
"Oh come on, look at my kid!" Tony exclaims, "she's just fine as I raised her."
Pepper just shakes her head, "oh Tony..." she grins, "anyways, enough with isolating yourselves. Your guest are waiting for you."
"Yeah, time to party!" Tony cheers before walking off to join everybody else who was currently dancing.
Natasha sighs, "I hate attention but I do like to dance." She looks at Bruce. "I think it's about time for your next lesson." She grins
"Of course." Bruce takes her hand, "I only take them with you."
"I'll take this. It'll be inside." Pepper takes the gift box from Natasha, "try not to be too crazy, because we all know Tony will just try to top that." She remarks before walking.
"Oh well." Natasha shrugs and leads Bruce back over to the reception area and over to the dance floor. "Everybody had a nice break from his craziness, a little bit of it won't hurt."
"Maybe." Bruce replies as he looks around to see who was all currently dancing. "It seems like almost everybody is here, almost."
Natasha nods, "it honestly does, I'm pretty surprised they were all planning on playing their respects to me and Tony. They probably only came for Tony though..."
Bruce shakes his head. "You're just as honorable Natasha." He starts to dance with her. Natasha led the way.
"I don't think so." Natasha replies as she dances with him. "From what I heard, he made a bigger sacrifice than me."
"Without your sacrifice who knows what would have happened." Bruce looks at her, "we wouldn't have been able to bring everybody back. All those innocent victims of the snap, they own it to you."
"And to you." Natasha studies him, "I heard about what you did and what it did to your arm. They own you just as much as me."
"You jumped off a cliff Natasha. You watched yourself fall to your death without being able to do anything. They owe so much to you." Bruce looks at her, moving a hand to her shoulder, "they really do." He kisses her cheek as they continued to dance.
Natasha nods quietly as she dances with him, deciding to just drop it for the night. The two continued to dance together, eventually dancing into one of Natasha's favorite songs. She couldn't be happier right now. Her favorite song, just married to the love of her life and she was a soon to be mother. Dancing just made everything better, as well as a full belly of delicious cake and chicken. Natasha kinda wanted this moment to last forever, but at the same time she wanted to see what other moments like these she would endure in the future. Things started to finally go her way, she could finally feel happy. That's all she ever wanted.
Sorry for the short part, I may move this to the last part of that's okay. I hope you enjoyed though! Next part will be eventful!!!!!!
