Roman's pov

Dear journal,

One year ago dolin showed up at remy's house and told us all about Paranoia. Virgil hasn't tried to contact us or at least successfully gotten any type of message to us. We haven't been able to go home because every time we go the border pushes us right out of our own house. So we have been living with remy for the past year. Patton and Logan are sleeping in Virgil's old room and I have been sharing the living room with Dolin.

We both take turns switching between the chair and the pull out couch. Dolin has been a train wreck, he has a very cliche-but effective-pin board that we are using to track down Virgil. Some lesser sides have reported seeing Remus outside of the imagination. Paranoia has been seen in my old castle and around the kingdom that houses some lesser sides.

Patton is stress baking and Logan has been making sure that he doesn't burn down Remy's house. Emile comes by once in a while to help dolin's ptsd and nightmares like he did with Virgil. My brother really messed with both of their heads. Dolin isn't as accepting of the help as Virgil was but it is kind of working. I am not being woken up at 3am by screaming. I don't know what goes on in his nightmares but half the time it is incoherent screaming and the other half is about Virgil.

Today we are supposed to talk to some lesser side about a rumor surrounding paranoia and Remus working together. Patton and Logan are in the dining room integrating the poor side. I think that it is thomas' imagination but I didn't see them bring him in. I feel very bad for the side, Logan can be very intimidating and Patton has been in dad mode a lot more lately. The couple together can be very scary. Dolin  isnt aloud in the room anymore, because when he tried to talk to a side that said he knew where Paranoia was just for attention Dolin gave him a broken arm.

I hear some yelling coming from the room and Remy goes in to try and diffuse the situation. I hear some crashing and jump up from my spot on the couch. Dolin is still asleep and when he sleeps we make sure that he stays asleep he need all that he can. I gay speed walk (TM) to the kitchen and see a huge mess. Remy is trying to get Patton to calm down and Logan is crying into his hands. The side must have teleported away because the only people in the room are Remy, Patton, Logan and me.

"What is going on, what did you guys find out?" I ask and Logan looks up from his hands.

"Remus is back in your old kingdom which means that vir-paranoia is going to make a move on him" Logan says as Patton cries into remy's shoulder.

"Imgi said that paranoia broke into his house and made him tell him remus' wearbouts, paranoia broke his wrist while interrogating the poor side"

"Vir-Paranoia did what?!" I ask after Logan finishes explaining and Patton starts to cry harder. Logan makes his way over to the crying side.

"I am going to take him upstairs to calm down and try not to wake up Dolin. He needs his rest if we are going to go get Virgil back today." Logan says as he and Patton walk away.

"Remy may you please wake up Dolin" I say as the two disappear down the hallway.

"But Logan said-"

"Just do it"I need to let Dolin know myself. Remy walks into the living room and I break down. An entire year and we haven't had any real leads on Remus or paranoia then we find out he tortured an innocent side. The water works start to fall. Dolin and Remy walk in and engulf me in a hug. Logan and Patton come in and join in the group hug. We stay like this for a while, then Dolin speaks up.
