You bumped into him on the train on the first day of school and started talking since you were both going to UA (it's actually spelt Yuuei in da manga) your friendship just blossomed from there since you guys were in the same class

You've known him since you were 6. You moved into the neighborhood and became friends with Katsuki and Midoriya. Katsuki didn't really care for you and just saw you as one of the other Extra's, until the beginning of middle school when he saw you training and saw how good you were.
