You meet Inko while she was picking up Izuku form the movies

You were still waiting for your parents so you decided to talk to Inko

She was very polite and kind complimenting you and over all just thanking you for liking her son

Izuku was sitting there almost crying of embarrassment

Over all Inko was a super nice and clearly very caring mother

Technical you meet his parents when you got to Katsuki's house for your first date but it was more a hi and bye kinda thing because his parents were going out

When they came back home from where ever they were you and Katsuki were on the couch cuddling
