Jimin flopped over onto his side, dragging the comforter over him, staring at the floor. He hadn't been one to feel this nervous before a casual friend thing, but he was feeling exceptionally lightheaded since the night before. It could have just been him overreacting, but he was sure it was something more since the night before, he decided that he would inform Yoongi of his problems.

Just to make sure they were on the same page about the dreams and whatever else was going on.

It was still confusing because the boy seemed to not remember any of their interactions; perhaps it was only a fragment of Jimin's imagination. If only the lingering feeling that Yoongi recognized him would subside, he could continue to believe he was overthinking again.

Out of the blue, his phone began ringing.

Jimin sat up straight in a hurry, vision spotting because of his rushed attempt to comprehend what was going on. He already knew it was Hoseok because of the loud ringtone he'd set, so he picked up his phone, setting it on the bed in front of him. He rubbed his eyes, stretching his arms out quickly, letting a loud sigh escape his lips as he picked up the device on its last round of its tune.

"Hello?" he asked in a groggy voice, pulling his shirt back up over his shoulder after it had slipped down. "Hobi, is that you?"

"Hi, Park Dooly!" Hoseok exclaimed, slurping something. He was probably drinking some sort of soft drink. "My child, how are you?"

Perhaps it was sprite. He had an unhealthy obsession with that drink for some odd reason that Jimin couldn't untangle. But sprite this early in the morning?

Who did such a thing?

More importantly, who was he calling Dooly?

"Dooly?" Jimin asked, eyes now fully open despite his sheets clawing at his back, begging him to fall asleep again. "Who're you calling Dooly?"

"You're Dooly, duh," Hoseok answered simply, taking another sip of that drink. He swallowed loudly, sure to include an unnecessary comment on its complexity.

How disgusting.

Jimin could feel his cheeks burn, rubbing his eyes with a hand. He covered his mouth to stifle his yawn, and then snapped, "No I'm not."

"Yes, you are."

"Oh, come on. If you're going to play this way, then I get to think of a name for you too," Jimin snorted, thinking of another insult from back in the day. If his brain was in the right place, he would've made a sassy remark or pulled himself together by now, but it was still fuzzy and he was still half asleep, even with his eyes wide open.

And then it came to his mind after being forgotten for so long. He let out a guffaw before quickly pulling himself together. It was a marvelous idea, one that he knew would make Hoseok regret ever crossing his path.

"Horse."

It was the one he'd told Hoseok that he wouldn't bring up again. Just to spite him, he wanted to use it again to expose his true nature.

Hoseok's literal nature. Not actually, but he liked to tease him about it. It wasn't nice, but that was what he got for calling him Dooly.

Hoseok groaned, knocking something over. Jimin could hear it clatter through the phone before Hoseok groaned again. If his friend was in distress, then he had succeeded in his mission. He snorted as loudly as he could through the phone, hearing the older's noise of pure disgust.

"I thought you forgot that disgusting name years ago, you absolute—"

"If you want me to pretend it never came up, Horse, then you best be sure to stop calling me Dooly."
