TW- Self harm

Two-Bit walks with me to my house and notices me shiver. It may be spring, but the sun had already gone down.
"Take this," Two-Bit offers his leather jacket.
He holds up my arms to slide the the jacket on, but notices my wrist. I quickly take the jacket and put it on to cover the cuts, but I know it's too late.
"Y/N, did you-" Two-Bit begins.

"I don't wanna talk about it," I shove my fists in the jacket pockets.
It's a little big, though, so the pockets are at my waist.
He doesn't say anything, just pulls me close to him. He puts right his arm around my waist and into the pocket. It takes about and hour to walk from the DX to my house, so it's already 10:00 pm by the time we're even close. When we reach my house, I begin to take the jacket off, but Two-Bit stops me.

"Don't, it looks better on you. Keep it a while," he grins, stepping forward. He puts his hands on my waist and bends down. "Don't go hurting yourself again, okay? For me, don't do it. I care about you, Y/N."
"That's a first," I sadly laugh, playing with the dirt with the toe of my shoe.
It's quiet for a little, before Two-Bit speaks up.
"Are your parents home?" Two-Bit asks.

"Yeah," I say, "But it's Italian Friday."
"Meaning?" He cocks an eyebrow.
"There's spaghetti and meatballs," I smile, "Care to join?
"Sure, Doll," Two Bit grins.
I open the door and we walk inside.
"Oh Theodore! Julianna! I have a guest!" I use a British accent.
"Wonderful! So does your brother!" Ted fake smiles.

"Robert," I sit down with Two.
I still have barely talked to either of them. They didn't tell me why they were ignoring me. Which was fine since I had the guys.
"Hello, Keith, it's nice to see you again," Julia sets down the pot.
She puts spaghetti on everyone's plates and passes them around.
Two-Bit send daggers to Bob and Randy.

"So what happened today," Ted asks.
"I got jumped again," I shrug, taking a bite.
"Y/N, that's the second now," Julia sighs, "You were lucky Bob was there to save you the first time."
"I'm fine, the gang saved me," I shrug.
"Maybe you should spend more time with your brother, you'll get jumped less," Julia suggests.

"Mother, Randy's friends are the kinda people jumping us. The socs," I roll my eyes.
"Plus, Randy's all too busy with his own social life to even pay attention to Y/N," Two-Bit smirks, eyeing him and Bob, "Same go's for the plaid boy here."
"Excuse me?" Bob scoffs.
"He's not wrong," Ted interjects, "You two are always doing something whenever we ask for you to take Y/N places."

"Y/N's a big girl, she doesn't need us," Randy looks down.
"Maybe I do," I shake my head, "Maybe I miss you guys. Maybe I'm wondering why you're too busy for me. Maybe I'm hurt."
I stand up and storm to my room.
Footsteps follow.
"Y/N," Two-Bit closes the door behind him, "Are you gonna.."
He looks at my arms.

"No," I shake my head, "But I want to. Really badly."
"I'm so sorry, Baby," He sits on the edge of the bed and hugs me, "Things'll get better."
"I hope so," I almost cry, "I can't take much more of this."
"Want me to kick their asses?" Two-Bit cocks an eyebrow, a slight smile spreading.
"Yes please," I smile back.

"Let's get to bed," Two-Bit lays me down and kisses my forehead, "G'night."
"Night," I yawn.
In the morning, after I take a shower, I head to The Dingo.
"Y/N!" I see Steve wave.
"Hey," I smile, sitting across from him, "Where's Soda?"
"Not here," Steve shrugs, "I got you all to my self."
"Lucky me," I joke.

"Y/N.." I hear.
I turn to see Bob standing alone.
"So, weather, amirite?" I turn back to Steve.
"I got it," He stands up.
I feel relief, thinking that he's just gonna tell him off.
But I see Steve's fist meet Bob's face in a matter of seconds.
"This is greaser territory," He spat, "You left Y/N feeling alone. You don't get to talk to her."

I quickly stand up and grab Steve's hand and run out. We make our way to the corner of Pickett and Sutton, where Dally, Johnny, Soda, and Ponyboy are waiting.
Laughing and hugging, Steve pulls me into a hug.
"I can't believe you did that!" I gasp.
"And I'll kill him too," He jokes.
"Did y'all do drugs?" Dally raises an eyebrow.
"Steve punched Bob!" I turn to him, smiling.

Soda instantly smiles, "You're grinnin' like a maniac, N/N!"
"I told you I got it," Steve says.
"Let's go to the shopping center and get cokes," I say.
We walk to the drugstore and shopping center. The boys blew straws at the waitress and I rolled my eyes. They were eyeing things out in the open, so a manager told us to leave. Even though Dally, Steve, and I had each pocket at least one pack of kools.

When the sun sets, we finally head to the Nightly Double. Dally makes us sneak over the back fence, even though we had enough money to get in.
When we get in, we all sit behind Cherry and Marcia. The nerve of those two. How dare they be existing in my presence.
Dally started talking loudly for them to hear. Upon hearing this, Steve and Soda joined in. If it were anyone else, I would've been upset. But this is the girl who ruined my life. She kinda deserves it.

"Take your feet off my chair and shut your trap," Cherry turns.
They had gotten to her.
"Who's gonna make me?" Dally asks.
Marcia whispers to Cherry.
"Shut up!" Cherry tells her.
"Let loose, Baby," Steve smirks.
"Would it kill ya to live a little?" Sodapop chuckles.
"Ugh, you greasers disgust me!" Cherry spins around.

"Where's Bob and Randy?" I ask.
"Oooo, trouble in paradise?" Steve laughs.
"Non of your business," Cherry mumbles.
"Speak up, Babe," Dally cups his ear.
"Let's get out of here, Marcia," She stands.
The two girls leave and I smile.
"Sorry," Marcia mouths.
"Leaving so soon?!" Soda shouts behind them.

"That'll show them, huh, N/N?" Dally lightly elbows me.
"I love you guys," I grin.
"Love you too, Y/N!" Two-Bit flashes a goofy grin.
After the movie we all walk home. We laughed and talked.
"Y'all going home?" Soda asks.
"Not yet," Pony shakes his head, "Tell Darry I'll be home late."
