Saturday could not come quick enough, you were getting dressed for a date with Marius. He was kind enough to ask you after spending yet another evening together. Pandora was helping you get ready, she did your hair and make up for you , and she did quite an amazing job. You looked in the mirror and smiled. "Thank you so much Pandora!" you said. Pandora chuckled. "Of course y/n, my pleasure." she said. Pandora was one of the members of the great family, she grew up in Rome with Marius and she became a vampire soon after he had. To you Pandora was more than your best friend, she was a part of your family in a way.
A few moments later David appeared, he saw that you were all dressed up nice. This confused him a bit. "My dear y/n, you look beautiful. may I ask why you are dressed like this?" he asked curiously. You didn't want to tell him about your date with Marius, lest it made him go off and threaten Marius like a father would protecting his daughter. "It's nothing Uncle David, Pandora and I were just having a bit of fun that's all." you lied. David crossed his arms and gave you the look. That one look that told you he knew you were hiding something. "Y/N, you are lying to me child, tell me what exactly is going on. Don't lie to me again." he said. You sighed and forced yourself to give in. "Alright Uncle...I am going out with Marius. He offered to take me out on a date." you said. David was beside himself, he couldn't believe this. He was protesting for a moment but then Pandora kicked him out of the room. She told David to stay out of it as it was none of his business. Pandora laughed and shook her head. You did the same. "I will not let your Uncle get involved in this. Now, you wanted to see Marius and so you will." she said. You smiled. You were grateful that Pandora was always there to defend you and that she always had your back.
She then led you down the stairs and stopped. She noticed a pathway of rose petals and laughed silently to herself. She was the one who helped Marius with this. "See this pathway y/n. follow it and it will lead you to Marius, he will be waiting for you." she said. You nodded and gave her a hug. She hugged you back. "Thank you so much Pandora!" you said as you let her go. "My pleasure my friend, now go get him." she winked. you blushed before following the path. You walked down the path nervously. Once you reached the end you saw Marius standing there looking as handsome as ever. You blushed at how handsome he looked. You saw that he set up a picnic for the two of you. "Aw Marius this is lovely." you said. Marius smiled. "Come my dear." he said offering his hand to you, which you gladly accepted. You both sat down.
He was very flirtatious towards you and made you blush like crazy. He spoiled you with many fine foods like chocolate covered strawberries. You also shared a glass of champagne. You spent the evening together talking and getting to know each other, you were surprised at how much you two had in common. He also told you about his life growing up in Rome which you found to be really interesting. You always loved a good story! He also told you that he promised to take you there one day and you told him that you would love that!
"David tried to get in the way, he might be planning on threatening you." you said. Marius laughed. "I can handle David, not to worry my dear." he said. Which made the both of you laugh at the same time. Each time you spent with Marius the more you liked him, and you didn't realize it but you were starting to fall in love with him. At the end of the date he brought you back to the chateau, but before he could let you go he gave you a gift. He handed you a small red box, you opened it revealing a golden necklace.

You gasped. "Aw Marius thank you!" you said. He smiled and put the necklace on for you. You smiled as he did it for you. The necklace looked beautiful on you. It was getting late and you were very tired. "I enjoyed my evening with you Marius, thank you." you said. Marius smiled. "You are most welcome my dear, perhaps we shall do it again." he said. You smiled. "I would love that!" you said. "Very well, until then my dear. Goodnight." he said and kissed your hand. you blushed. "Goodnight Marius." you said and kissed his cheek. You walked inside the chateau and up to your room. You closed the door behind you and sighed happily. You loved your date with Marius and you hoped to see him again soon.
