A year and a half had passed since you and Marius had first met, ever since the day he confessed his love to you, you have been together. Once everyone else in the great family found out that you and Marius were a couple they have been giving you the highest of respect. You felt as if you were a queen. Which you didn't mind to be honest. David found out eventually and to your surprise he was happy for you.
Meanwhile you were spending the day with Pandora when suddenly you didn't feel very well, Pandora was concerned for you and had you lie down for a while. At some point you felt you were gonna be sick and ran for the bathroom. You ended up getting sick. It was all sudden, you were fine all day up until this point. When you came out of the bathroom Pandora was there smiling at you. You were confused at first but then you came to the impression that you were pregnant. Pandora hugged you and she told you she could hear a heartbeat inside your belly. At that moment you knew it was true. You were going to be a mother! She brought you back to your room and had you sit up in bed. You rested your hands on your belly.
"Pandora I'm afraid." you said. "Why is that Y/N?" asked Pandora. "What will Marius think? We have only been together for a year and a half. We aren't even engaged to one another and let alone never had a discussion about having children." you said. Pandora placed her hand in yours. "Y/N, I know this is all sudden. But remember this, that this is a happy moment. Something wonderful is going to happen, not just to you and Marius but to the great family as well. Our family is going to grow and become even greater. And don't be afraid my friend, there is nothing to worry about, everything will be just fine." she said. You smiled. Feeling better about what was going to happen. "You're right Pandora, I'm sure everything will be ok. And I'm sure Marius will understand." you said. Pandora nodded. "I better be a god mother to this child of yours." she said. You laughed. "Of course, you can." you said. Pandora smiled.
A few moments later there was a knock on the door. "Come in." you said. The door opened revealing Armand. He had a rose and a note in his hand. He handed it to you and explained that it was from Marius and that he had asked him to give it to you. You nodded and thanked Armand. Armand smiled and left the room. The note was written in fine script, Marius had such good handwriting. You read it to yourself.
My dearest Y/N,
There is something I would like to ask of you, if you don't mind. Please come to where we had our first date. I will be there waiting for you.

You blushed. What was he up to this time? Pandora led you down the path which would lead to Marius. "You better tell him or I will." she said. I laughed. "I will, don't worry." you assured her. Pandora laughed a little. You walked nervously down the path as you saw that he was waiting for you. Pandora leaves you and Marius alone. You embrace one another. He lets go of you and a look of concern is shown on his face. "Are you alright my love?" he asked. "I'm fine love." you replied. It was a lie to be sure. He is skeptical but he accepts it.
Moments later he asks you to close your eyes. You were confused at first but then just played along with it. You closed your eyes as he had said. Marius took a deep breath and took out a small black box. He opened it revealing a gorgeous ruby ring.

He got down on one knee and told you to open your eyes. You opened your eyes and gasped. You were stunned. "Y/N M/N L/N, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?" he asked. There was a sparkle in his eyes and a gorgeous smile on his face. You nodded. "Yes Marius!!! Yes!!!" you said in excitement. Marius got up and placed the ring on your finger. You both shared a kiss. You pulled away after feeling the baby kick you. Marius could tell something was wrong with you. "My love what's wrong? you're trembling." he said. the concern was in his voice. You knew it was time to tell him. "Marius my love, there is something I must tell you." you said. Marius nodded to show he was listening. "Marius...I'm pregnant." you said. Marius's eyes lit up and he gasped. He was amazed at what he just heard. He placed his hand on your stomach and he felt a heartbeat. "Oh my love, that is...that is wonderful! I can't believe this!" he said in excitement. You smiled. Suddenly he began kissing you all over and he pulled you to him. You giggled. He left so many kisses on your cheek and your neck. "Marius!!" you laughed. He laughed. You smirked a bit since he was practically on top of you. He promised the world to you and that he would be by your side always. Before he could say anything else you pulled him to you and kissed him. Both of you smiled into the kiss.
Later that day you both walked back to the chateau hand in hand, he brought you to his room and you cuddled with each other while watching a movie.

The following evening had come, it was time to tell everyone the news. He said that everyone in the great family must know. You understood.
later that evening you, Marius, and the others were gathered in the drawing room of the chateau. you were all talking and spending time with one another when suddenly Marius stood up. He told everyone that he had something to tell them all. Everyone in the room gave Marius their full attention. He announced the engagement and that you were with child. Everyone in the room was in shock, they couldn't believe it. It was exciting news to them all. Lestat got up and raised a glass. He proposed a toast to you and Marius. Everyone else raised a glass as well. It was a great evening for you all. Pandora elbowed you and gave you a smirk. "I told you so." she teased. You laughed and said she was right.
You were happy about this and you were ready for what was to come.
