Her brother was among the many villains. Aki knew of his power, and she knew he had to warn someone to stay away from him.
"Aizawa-sensei! The guy next to the person with hands all over him, you recognize him, right?"
Aizawa squinted. "Yeah, that's-"
"You need to tell everyone to stay far away from him! If he gets one look at you, he can erase everything you know about yourself, or even put yourself in some sort of hellish state of mind where everything feels so real, but it's really just you reliving an altered memory. He looks like he isn't one of the ones that are attacking, he's just standing there, so tell everyone to stay away from him!"
"Alright, Aki. I won't fight him. Everyone listen up!" He proceeded to tell everyone not to engage with the villains.
Deku, who was next to Aki leaned in and asked, "how do you know that guy so well?"
Aki sighed. "I grew up with him, until four years ago. He's my brother. But you can't tell anyone that. Especially Bakugo, okay?"
"I won't tell a soul, Nanami-san. You can trust me." With that, he focused back on what was happening. Aiza-Eraserheads scarf came up around him once again, and Thirteen stuck one of her arms out to protect the children.
Yaoyorozu looked at Thirteen. "Why aren't the alarms going off?"
"Good question," she turned halfway towards us. "I'm not sure."
"Is the entire campus under attack, or is this their only target?" The half and half boy asked. "Either way, if the alarm sensors aren't being triggered, then one of these villains has a quirk that is masking their presence here. They carefully chose this facility as an entree point at a time when a class was being taught. They're fools for trespassing here. But they thought this out. Whatever their plan, they must have a concrete objective in mind. But what is it?" He's smart. What is my brother's plan? What is going to happen?
"Thirteen, get them out of here. And alert the main campus," Erasurehead continued to look at the villains. "Actually, what Todoroki-Kun said is right. They may be jamming up our communication system. Kaminari-Kun, see if you can use your quirk to contact the main headquarters."
"Right," Kaminari closed his eyes and concentrated, using his electric quirk to do what Aizawa-sensei said.
"What're you going to do?" Deku shouted at Eraserhead. "You can't fight them all on your own! There's too many of them. Even if you can erase all their quirks, your fighting style is not suited for this."
"You can't be a pro if you only have one trick," With that, he jumped out towards the villains. Aki focused on the fighting. Erasure was stopping everyone's quirks before grabbing and throwing them with his scarf-rope. I have to admit, he is pretty impressive. Even the people with mutation-type quirks, which he couldn't erase, he still managed to throw them around and dodge them like they were nothing.
Meanwhile, Aki's classmates started to run towards the entrance. She turned around and noticed Deku just standing there.
"Come on, Deku!" He glanced over at her, waited for a second, and then ran over.
The students almost got to the exit, but a purple mist blocked them. It was the same sort of misty portal that the villains came in through.
"It's a pleasure to meet you," the voice seemed to be coming from the mist itself. "We are the league of villains. I know it's impolite," The mist developed yellow, gleaming eyes, "but we decided to invite ourselves into this haven of justice to say hello. And besides, isn't this a fitting place for All-Might? The symbol of peace to take his last breath." So All-Might is what they're after. They must've known, then, that he would be teaching this class at this time. "I believe he was supposed to be here today and yet I see no sign of him. There must've been some sort of change in plans we could have not foreseen.
"Ah, well in the end I suppose it doesn't matter. I still have a role to play." Suddenly, Kirishima, with his hardening quirk activated, and Bakugo charged at him. Bakugo produced an explosion, but when the smoke cleared, mist-guy was still just fine. "You live up to your school's reputation. But you should be more careful. Otherwise, someone might get hurt."
"You two," Yelled Thirteen behind the boys, "get out of the way right now!"
"I'll scatter you across this facility to meet my comrades and your deaths!" Purple mist surrounded the class, and Aki saw that students were being snatched up by it, obviously being teleported. Aki couldn't hold on much longer and was scooped up into the mist and found herself falling headfirst into the water.
You made a mistake bringing me here! She used the water to propel her upwards, and when she got to the top, she spotted land nearby and started to go that way, disappearing underwater again to be more stealth on the villains she was sneaking upon.
Without making a sound, she used the water to scoop up the villains and keep them trapped in the air. If they don't keep themselves from drowning, that's their fault, not mine. Suddenly she saw ice crawling up to where she was keeping the villains. She turned and saw half and- er, Todoroki.
"Thanks. I was going to get really dehydrated if I had to keep them up there like that." She took a sip out of the straw in her arm.
"No problem. Come on, let's head back and try to find our classmates." He started to walk away, but Aki hesitated. "What's wrong?"
"There's a villain near the center that I've seen fight before, he has some sort of mental quirk. He's really dangerous."
"Aizawa-sensei is over there. We should be fine." There's no stopping him, is there?
They continued on their way and shortly made their way over there. Aki froze. Erasure was fighting so many villains at once. Surprisingly, the hand man that she saw earlier was gone.
Nope, not gone! He was running towards Aizawa-sensei with his palms extended. They ran at each other and collided. Aki saw that he had landed his hand on Erasure's elbow, which caused it to start to disintegrate.
"Todoroki-san, his quirk, it looks like when he places his hand on anything it disintegrates. If Aizawa-sensei doesn't erase his quirk now, he could be seriously injured!"
Todoroki just looked to the side, as if he didn't have any ideas. Luckily, Aizawa-sensei was able to get away in time.
"That quirk of yours...it's not meant for big groups, is it?" The man with hands spoke in a raspy voice. Aki knew she had to do something, She could tell Aizawa was getting exhausted, and his elbow was destroyed.
It was time to actually save someone.
