Nini's POV

I didn't really want to give up my baby and have someone adopt him or her but Ricky didn't love me and you can't have a dad who doesn't and never has loved your mom. You just can't.

It's been two weeks since I told Ricky I was going to put the baby up for adoption which means that I am 4 months. I downloaded an adoption app where you can adopt or put a baby up for adoption. In 5 months I will be having my baby. If everything goes as planned.

My scan the other day went really well. Ricky came again and we saw our baby. It almost made me want to cry to think that I would want to give up my baby.

I woke up today and realized that my bump is really noticeable. No one else at school but the theater kids know so I am guessing a lot more people are going to find out.

"Nini, time for breakfast" Momma C called from down the stairs.

"Coming" I called down.

I ate breakfast and left, ready for all the looks people would give me.

When I was walking to school I got a text so I answered it.

Hey! Are you Nini? That pregnant teen? I'm Emma. My husband and I are looking for a baby to move in with us in 6 months, we would love to adopt your angel. If you would let us?

Yes, it's Nini. I would love for you and your husband to be the parents of my baby. We will keep in touch. Thanks!

Someone is going to adopt my baby! I smiled to myself and continued walking to school.

When I walked in, I felt loads of eyes on me but I just ignored it.

"Ricky!" I called out.

"Hey Nini" he smiled.

"Look" I showed him the texts that Emma sent me "She's going to adopt our child. I found the Perfect Parents!"

His face dropped "Nini. Please. You will regret this. At least let me keep the baby?" He pleaded.

"Ricky..." It was hard to say no to those eyes "We have 6 months before she wants the baby. We have 5 months until the baby is born. We have a month with the baby" I told him.

"You have a month with the baby" he told me.

"What?" I asked "Right now you are sending mixed emotions. Do you want the baby or not?"

"I want to keep it but if we have it for a month we will get attached and not want to let it go" he confessed.

"Ricky... I get it but this may be the only time you ever get with your baby, you do realize this?" I told him.

"Yes Nini, but I can't get attached so I either don't see my baby at all or I keep it. I'm sorry but I just can't" he said and walked off.

Maybe I should reconsider this...
